Six of us went for a family holiday. I just say, the location was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were very clean, couldn’t fault them. Pool area was kept to a good standard also. What let the holiday down, the food.. one evening the chicken wasn’t even cooked!! This put all of us off for the remainder of the holiday. To purchase drinks was exceptionally over priced, to get my two children an apple juice cost €8.40. For two small apple juices!! The food from the pool bar was always cold and disappointing. The beach is lovely, much cooler for the children than the pool however you had to pay for sun loungers which I thought appalling considering it is part of the hotel. We worked it out for sun loungers every day at the beach it would have cost us over €500 for the duration of our holiday. Over all, it was a lovely destination and such a beautiful island. The taxi boat to the old town was great, even trips to Lumbarda on an evening was great. But if you want a nice holiday, which doesn’t cost you an absolute fortune once you arrive, don’t come here.

A lovely old building well situated on the waterfront with lovely views from the terrace. A easy walk from the ferry to the hotel, and a short stroll to restaurants and the old town. We booked a standard room for 3 nights but in retrospect I recommend a superior room for a better experience. There is no elevator and level 1 is actually offices so level 2 is really 3 floors up. There are 4 rooms on this level that have the bed on a mezzanine above the bathroom, so another internal flight of stairs. These rooms, while they have a window it is elevated with a long drawstring for the curtains which cannot be reached to adjust and you cannot see out unless standing on the mezzanine. Downstairs only has a little port hole. Spacious enough but not ideal. We had breakfast included and the setting is beautiful, but the quality of the cooked breakfast was poor. On several mornings we requested eggs which were never cooked enough- poached eggs still had watery whites and the omelettes were runny, and the menu stated on toast but it was always just bread. We did send back, as did a few other couples nearby, but then just avoided eggs. It may be a cultural difference. The staff were attentive and courteous in the hotel, but the food service could improve.

Die Wohnung war so klein, dass niemand umziehen kann, Einrichtungen wie Pools, Strände ...etc war gut. Das kleine Apartment war nur für ein paar geeignet. nicht für drei Erwachsene. Das Resort ist weit von den Restaurants und der Altstadt, wo alle Aktivitäten stattfinden.
