We didn't expect much from the huge hot spring hotel, but it was a hotel that greatly exceeded that expectation. First of all, this hotel is basically run by people who understand the great hotel service spirit. I was satisfied with the hot springs, rooms, food, employee service, etc. The hot springs are large and clean, and we were able to experience the wonderful Japanese hot springs. The room was a Western-Japanese room facing the garden and was a beautifully renovated room. The food was delicious and we were satisfied with the quantity and quality. The employees were well educated and responded comfortably. However, I thought it was necessary to improve the fact that the air conditioner outlet on the ceiling of the corridor was dirty. We were able to discover a high-level hotel that comprehensively understands the hospitality of the hotel. We would like to continue to welcome customers who are looking forward to visiting Japanese hot springs and services.　巨大温泉ホテルには、あまり期待して居ませんでしたが、その期待を大きく超えたホテルでした。まず基本的に素晴らしい素材を持っている事です。温泉、部屋、料理、従業員対応サービス等々どれを取っても満足行くものでした。温泉は広く清潔感があり素晴らしい温泉を体験する事が出来ました。部屋は洋和室内庭向き部屋で、綺麗にリホームされている部屋でした。料理も美味しく、量質共に満足でした。従業員も良く教育がされており気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。　ただし、廊下天井のエアコン吹き出し口が汚れていた点が要改善と思いました。　総合的にホテルのホスピタリティをよく理解しているレベルの高いホテルを発見する事が出来ました。古くなった箇所を修繕しながら、温泉を楽しみに訪問する顧客を迎えてもらいたいと思います。

In kaltem Wetter begrüßen Sie die Besitzer immer am Eingang. In der warmen * Produktionserfahrung sah ich sehr kalt, wenn ich vom Eingang aus ging, aber es war schwer. Als ich vom Eingang zum Hotel zurückkam, setzte ich mich plötzlich auf und sagte: ”Holzgröße, es gibt etwas größeres”, sagte der Besitzer. Ich lerne, weil ich es aufgrund der Vision nicht auf die Mitarbeiter bringe, sondern indem ich es selbst mit Holz bringe und den Mitarbeitern zeigt, dass ich es willkürlich unterrichte. Danke 😊

We booked this onsen on line ourselves. We have travelled to Japan before and have previously experienced other onsen and accompanying Kaiseki meals. We were a little surprised at the location of the onsen. It was in the suburbs. But maybe that was our fault. The area around did seem to be run down. There were a few sad looking shops around. Some were closed. Maybe because of Covid. Maybe it is not geared for foreign tourists. The building is not modern. It had a faded glory about it. It is large and rambling. Our room /suite had a private outdoor bath. We were actually on the fourth floor. The tap to the outdoor bath would not turn off and was continuously dripping. It was outside so didn't bother us but should have been obvious to staff. Likewise the cladding on one wall was coming off and the tiny garden was scruffy and full of dead leaves. This was disappointing and not up to the standard of other onsen we have stayed at previously. The room however were spotless. All the staff were very good, from check in, to the tea servers, the waiters and breakfast room attendants. The ladies got to choose the colour of the kimono they would wear for the evening, which was a nice touch. The Kaiseki meal was served in the restaurant which had bamboo blinds separating the various tables. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and thought the waiter did an excellent job juggling the tables. The wine was reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet style and had an enormous choice. Sadly we had to catch an early complimentary shuttle to the station so we just had a quick breakfast, and truthfully we were still full from the meal the night before. We did not partake in the free ice cream or public onsen so can't comment here. The small gift shop was adequate but lacking in nice little souvenirs of the area. So all in all we had a good experience.

Stayed with my wife and 11 year old in a room with a private onsen. I have to say, I was nervous about staying here because there were very few reviews and none that I could find since Japan reopened after the pandemic. I usually don't write reviews but I'm doing this for the next person that might be on the fence. I had the concierge at our hotel in Tokyo arrange the pickup from Matto station which went very smoothly. It's only about a 10 minute train ride from Kanazawa train station and the driver was waiting there for us as we exited the ticket gates at the station. When we arrived, we checked in with the one employee who spoke English and she gave us the overview of everything at the ryokan. We then went to our room and relaxed for a few hours until dinner time. I don't know if it was because we spoke English but we had dinner in a banquet hall all by ourselves. The dinner was absolutely amazing, it was the best meal I had in multiple trips to Japan. I don't want to spoil it but we did no upgrades to our meal and we wish we came even more hungry because it was a lot of food across around 10 courses. Everything was seasonal and each course was a setup to the next course, I loved it. After dinner we used the private onsen in the room and went to sleep. The next morning we had breakfast once again in the private banquet room and again it was an amazing meal. We relaxed for a few more hours and then they gave us a ride back to the Motto station. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for some peace and relaxation. Everyone in the ryokan was across the board super friendly and professional. The language barrier was a real thing but we kept an open mind and we made it through just fine. My wife and I have tattoos so using the public onsen was probably not an option, but since we splurged for the private one I probably wouldn't have used it anyways, though it is rooftop and looked super nice. Overall, I can't recommend a night here enough. It was for sure the highlight of our trip to Japan. Thank you so much to all the staff that made it such a special night for us. Mahalo!

Frühstück und Abendessen sind großartig, japanisches Kaiseki kann Tempura ohne Materialien hinzufügen und das Zustellbett und die Mahlzeit für Kinder kosten nur 3300 Yen, was ein gutes Geschäft ist. Als ich nach einem warmen Ort suche, der leicht von der Jinze Station erreicht wird, fand ich, dass ich direkt mit dem Bus zum günstigen Preis die Berge warm erreichen kann. Ich besuche es erneut, weil das Warmwasser sehr gut ist und dieses Hotel sehr komfortabel ist. Wenn Sie mit dem Bus fahren, beachten Sie bitte, dass es etwas weit von der Station entfernt ist. Wenn Sie jedoch langsam in der Stadt laufen, können Sie weniger als 10 Minuten erreichen. Jedenfalls haben die Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels 々 eine schwierige und komfortabele Atmosphäre. Besonders bei Nacht und Frühstück kann man nicht vergessen, dass die Leuchtkörper nach einem schweren Angriff weiter arbeiten. Ich bin überrascht. ... Super Luxus Hotel kann manche glauben, dass es anders sein wird, wenn Sie so eine exquisite Gastfreundschaft vorstellen, aber ich glaube, dass die benutzerfreundliche Gastfreundschaft wie ein verkauftes Hotel ist. Wenn Sie eine Upgrade wollen, kann die begleitende Kichisho Yamanaka besser sein. Übrigens, die warme Tee ist sehr heiß, auch im Winter ist der Freiraum-Baum zugute. Der Frauen-Baum hat einen Freiraum-Baum ＋ Der Freiraum-Baum ist sehr groß, also auch wenn es viele Menschen gibt, denke ich, dass Sie sich entspannen können. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die Verkehrsanbindung ist bequem, die Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Hotels in Japan relativ geräumig und auch die Schalldämmung ist gut. Diesmal fiel es zufällig mit dem Erdbeben der Stärke 1,1 in Hokuriku Noto zusammen und auch Kanazawa war betroffen. Das Hotelpersonal ist von guter Qualität, sorgte dafür, dass sich die Gäste ordentlich in der Lobby ausruhen konnten, und sorgte weiterhin für Getränke und Snacks. Es war wirklich rücksichtsvoll. . Ich werde dieses Hotel bei nächster Gelegenheit weiterhin für Silvester wählen.

大巴車站是在西口下車的，按訂單上的導航（谷歌）無法導到酒店，在谷歌上輸入地址也無法導航。最後是西口的微笑酒店前台服務員給了地圖，才找到東口的酒店。其實西口車站到東口車站衹要穿過室內車站的通道就可以很快找到了。酒店乾淨整潔，房間設施也可以，一樓還有免費的咖啡和茶。
