Good service, houskeeping was good Take care of you. First time came to hotel But had a good experience. No issue found. Very easy experience from checkin to check out. Manger was very friendly and willing to listen to any kind of request. Subrata was good with houskeeping and avijit was also good

This was our first time in Kolkata and the Astor made it such a great experience. The hospitality is beyond impressive. The staff were extremely nice and made sure everything was perfect. The ambience transported us to the past and was sooo beautiful. It was the highlight of our trip. We felt safe and so comfortable in a place we have never been to. Mr. Anirban, was very very kind and helpful. He personally came and helped us, and made sure we had a perfect stay. A very chivalrous ***, and is a great addition to a place which has such historic tone to it. He invited us back and we will be sure to stay in Astor any time we visit in the future. The Astor made us like Kolkata even better, it surely is a gem to the partly historic town. And it is in a prime location, everything is at walkable distance. Couldn't find a better place to experience Kolkata truly!! Thank you Astor and Mr.Anirban, as well as the other staff, who made our bed and in the reception who made this experience more than pleasant. The breakfast was great too!! As a person from Tamilnadu, they did serve up some great South Indian food. Must visit!

The astor heritage room was one of the prettiest in Kolkata. We enjoyed the warm hospitality. The room was clean and it looked classic as well, with wooden furnishing and moulding on the walls. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others as well. I would thank our concierge Anirban to take care of everything during our stay.

We stayed at the heritage suite for three nights. Our experience at the Astor was exceptional. They left no stone unturned to ensure that we were more than uncomfortable. We were offered a free of cost room upgrade which we declined as we were already set in our room and didn’t want to shift everything. The breakfast policy where they have a free of cost limited menu till 12pm if you miss the buffet slot was an amazing service. Avijeet, Siddhart, Tanmoy, Raktim, Debasis and Rahul were among many other staff who went the extra mile to offer truly world class hospitality. The location is an added bonus. Will highly recommend!
