The stay was lovely. Staff were courteous and responsive. Its in heart of the city and all attractions are nearby. They have good parking in the basement, however the approach is bit narrow and need skilled driving. Few parking spots are also available at the main entrance as well.

A very good stay in kolhapur city. Hotel has all the basic amenities with parking for pvt vehicles, which many hotels don't have. Food is delicious. Children friendly. Suitable for family.

Very friendly staff. Willing to listen and support every time. No unnecessary frills but very sensible property thats wonderfully located in the heart of the city with most of the places accessible in walking distance. Food was good.

Good family hotel . Room is good . No much view outside as such . A small windows and backyard is uncurated hut Ent’s and jungle type . Service is good but room service should cover food while sending to rooms . Presently they send completely open on dishes . At least a foil or shrink wrap cover necessary . Service is good . Breakfast excellent but layout is on a tight place with very less space to pick up . All services are efficient . Overall a decent place to stay with some improvements it can swing the needle a lot .

Positives 1)I was looking for closer location to Mumbai Bangalore highway. This place was 3.5 kms from that. I was okay with that. 2)The room was bigger. I was okay with the size. This was okay for 2 persons but not for third person. Third person would be a crowd. 3)They offered 1 mineral water bottle as complimentary which was good 4)The breakfast was served hot and it was tasty. They served Poha, Upama and Egg omlet (I have stated an important quality issue in my dislikes. Negatives 1)Breakfast was hot and tasty except for Egg Omlet as it had smell of oil. I am not sure of the quality of oil used for Omlet or the pan used to shallow fry it (may be it was unclean). When person asked me about quality of the breakfast I stated that. This person when he spoke to an old *** he was screaming as to why am I complaining looking at me. This behavior was highly ridiculous. The feedback is always honest and one must happily accept it and must look at it and revert only after checking. The old *** has never learnt this such a simple yet very important thing in life. He must be given this feedback which are towards him. This is why for staff they didn't get highest rating. 2)The beds were not hard enough and the pillows were too hard. Hence it was not good for sound sleep. I could sleep well. My wife had disturbed sleep due to this issue. Hence comfort score above was not the best. 3)The toilet door was too noisy when it was opened or closed.

We didn't stay there, however went in for breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff, security staff approached us the moment we pulled over also acknowledged us on our way out.Restaurant staff were attentive,didn't get their names.Nice ambience at the al fresco seating. Value for money breakfast. Only minor feedback is about water glass, which had kind of an odour. Rest all good.

GGastnutzerI stayed at Krishna Inn- The green hotel in Kolhapur. I decided to try this hotel looking at some good reviews and it was kind of an good experience. Hotel is at a Good central, yet calm and peaceful location, Breakfast was good. Improvements- Water flow pressure for the tap in bathroom was a bit low. Can be improved. Hope hotel management will take care of this suggestion. However overall good option to stay at an affordable price.

GGastnutzerIch habe eine Nacht mit Familie und Freunden gebürgt und hier 3 Zimmer reserviert. Das zweite Mal habe ich in der Nähe besucht. Belegen auf der Hauptstraße, enge Straßenanbindung, aber keine Parkplatzprobleme, da sie unterirdische Parkplätze haben. Die Zimmer sind weniger geräumig, aber sehr gereinig und sauber ****** mit dem anderen Waschraum. Linen waren nett. Frühstücksausbreitung ist sehr begrenzt, aber gut mit Geschmack. Ich hatte auch dort Abendessen. Mit der Qualität und Geschmack der Lebensmitteln im Allgemeinen ein guter Aufenthalt, kleines gemütliches Hotel.

GGastnutzerStayed for 3 days in standard ac room as the mahalaxmi temple is in walking distance. Room is very clean and they will clean upon request as well. But the room is really small for even 2 persons to move around. Dimensions are clearly mentioned but still we were little disappointed. Even the wash room is really small. Second point is i booked including breakfast. But there is no restaurant attached and they will bring breakfast from outside. Better to go and eat outside, it will be cheaper. Given these drawbacks, i must say that management is very nice. Will try to accommodate your requests. If needed, i will book a bigger room next time with breakfast.

GGastnutzerHad booked this property based on its rating of 4.5/5 . Stayed for 02 nights. Found the property just average actually . The rating has been hyped . The allotted room ( No 301 ) had a fresh set of linen however everything else including the commode were dirty and dusty. the TV was made functional by us. The fridge was unserviceable. House keeping was extremely poor. Even the AC was not very effective. The good part was the service in the Restaurant, which was excellent however there also ,though the B/Fast timing were till 0930h, the service was wound up by 0915h even when guest were eating. Overall what the hotel lacks is supervision. Although the location is good but there are many hotels of similar standard in close proximity in Kolhapur hence the management needs to ensure effective supervision in all departments.
