Tendras unas vistas alucinantes desde la habitación y la verdad que el personal muy atento y siempre con ganas de ayudar. Lo que no me gusto es que las fotos no coinsiden con la realidad y el Risort aun esta en obras tiene un gran potencial pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, la cama no es nada comoda para el precio que se paga, la decoración de la habitación es muy basica no hace que te sientas en un supee Risort que es lo que se ve en las fotos, las vistas si las tendras, pero no te esperes grandes comodidades, despues esta contruido en un acantilado y la cuesta para ir hasta la salida del hotel telita jajajjajaja esto para personas mayores lo veo difícil, aún que yo creo que si fuera el casa tienen un carrito de golf en el que nos bajaron las maletas que podria usarse para ayudar a las personas mayores. Otra de las cosas buenas y recomiendo si o si es coger la lancha desde el hotel hasta la pequeña isla de al lado son 3 minutos pero es un lugar increible que no te puedes perder si vas, también ofrecen la opcion de alquilar moto que eso esta super bien porque ya la coges desde el hotel y cuando te vayas puedes dejarla allí mismo ¡ Eso te ahorra el camino hasta otra agencia de motos que hay mil! En resumen lo recomiendo porque la estancia, si la comparo en global fue buena pero no te esperes grandes lujos.

生氣～～～，很失望！這裏就除了海景很漂亮，其他的我真的不敢苟同，別相信圖片上的什麼豪華的東西，請看我們照的真實圖片吧，首先上下山路真的很陡，我們騎着摩託車下山，那麼小心都差點摔了，而且房間真實的情況就是整體真的很破舊，貌似從來都不維修，像個被遺忘了的角落！很多房間的門幾乎都是沒有鎖，似乎不用check-in就直接可以進去住，床單有很多破洞，整體就是很shabby，而且衞生間和洗手枱上到處都是螞蟻，尤其是洗手枱，簡直就是ants sanitary，而且最令人覺得不可思議的是，一個幾百塊錢一晚上的酒店的廁所里居然會沒有垃圾桶，我們一天都沒有呆直接就走了，等於白給了酒店500多塊錢。

Where to start? First of all DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITHOUT READING THIS. We read so many bad reviews about this place and we didn't want to believe it could be that bad. We arrived at Koh Tao and called the hotel since the guy who was supposed to pick us up (as arranged the previous day) wasn't there, yet the hotel owner (the old guy with glasses that you read on the other comments about) said he was there looking for us. We waited, and he never arrived - we called again and the guy remembered to send someone... we had to wait another 20 minutes. After our arrival we didn't know where to go since we were left at the kitchen/lobby area and there was no one to be seen. We called the owner again and he came to greet us and we told him that we were very tired and we wanted to go to our rooms, my friend ask him why wasn't anyone there to pick us up or to book us in to which he responded that "We were late. It's open 8 to 4 ok?". I told him it was not ok and after arguing for a few minutes I was already on the app of trip asking for help (I was offered a refund or to talk to the owner). After trip called the owner, he came with one key and we told him we booked 2 rooms not 1. He gave us two Seaview rooms since he didn't have garden view rooms for both of us. We thought what a nice guy... until we arrived to the rooms. Well you can see the pictures yourselves, everything was dirty and my friends room couldn't close the main door and also it had geckos inside, along with a flickering main light and a lack of plug points. He was changed to a deluxe room (still pretty bad for the price they were asking). Since we were very tired we rolled with the punches and slept on those disgusting sheets. Next morning I asked the owner to please change my sheets since they were smelly and dirty, he came with 2 girls with new sheets but ohhh surprise one of my "clean" sheets was completely a mess and she saw it and still decided to put it on my bed until I pointed out to massive spots of some sort of food. They had to go and bring new ones, we were offered free transportation to the city, in our last day when we asked the driver to take us please he agreed with a fee of 50 baht, well as expected he wanted to charge us to pay him 400 baht at the end of the trip. Before I even forget, prepare going 1000 steps up and 1000 down on some staircase because you going to need it if you book this hotel. That goes without mentioning how steep the place is. Overall is a really bad experience for a beautiful view of the sea. If the owner would put some effort and money into this hotel it could be a great hotel. But as it is now, it's not suitable for anyone.

First room they put us in was falling off the mountain. Very unsafe deck. No Wi-Fi. Power keep going off. Ac barely worked. And the room was not at all what was in the picture I booked. Moved to second room which was nicer. Still So no Wi-Fi. The road driving in and out of the “resort” was a death trap. I am a very skilled motorbike driver and was no problem for me but anyone not skilled should avoid. If u met anyone driving the other way in the road you would most likely both crash and tumble down the hill. The restaurant that is advertised as open all day is only breakfast. And it’s awful. It’s not a buffet. We paid extra for free breakfast but it’s fee to everyone anyway. Not that u want to eat it. And my partner was stung by 2 bees in the restaurant. The pool is surrounded by construction that has been there for who knows how long. And they that guys are beating hangers at 8am Avoid this place. Way over priced. For the same price you can start at Poseidon or another place right on the water.

Ne réservez surtout pas ici!!! À peine arrivés que nous avons su que le séjour serait long. Nous avons chercher un bon moment quelqu'un pour nous accueillir car il n'y avait personne nulle part (nous sommes arrivés à 14h). La personne qui s'est occupé de notre "check-in" était désagréable, bizarre et surtout apparemment pas au courant de notre réservation. Concernant la chambre, appart la vue (qui est le seul point positif de cet établissement) rien n'allait. Des trous au plafond, sur les murs,le toit, les chaises sur notre terrasses étaient cassés, le ménage n'avait très certainement pas été fait depuis quelque temps (je ne suis même pas sûre que les draps ai été changé....), pas d'eau chaude, une télé en guise de décoration, et j'en passe. Rien de grave, mais au prix que nous avons payé c'était clairement du foutage de gueule. Une bête nocturne avait elu domicile juste au dessus du plafond ce qui était un enfer pendant la nuit (elle grattait juste au dessus du lit, courrait etc). Vu qu'il y avait des trous un peu partout, mais surtout juste au dessus de notre tete, nous avons eu le plaisir de nous faire pisser dessus☺). "L'hôtel" est en travaux, et en à bien besoin, je pense que beaucoup de chambres étaient dans un sale état comme la notre, et le reste même pas louable). Il est vraiment très en pente ce qui ne le rends pas accessible à tous. Il y a une petite voiturette pour monter mais n'esperez pas que quelqu'un vous conduise jusqu'en haut. Nous étions au début de la montée avec nos gros sacs de voyage et un employé est passé devant nous avec la voiture, nous a regardé et à continué sa route sans même nous proposer quoi que ce soit, ni même nous laisser le temps de le faire ! Nous sommes restés 3 nuits car nous avions payé une certaine somme (le séjour ne la valait clairement pas d'ailleurs) et de toute façon il n'y avait pas d'autre logement pour le soir même, mais si nous avions pu partir nous l'aurions fait. Nous avons croisé en tout 8 voyageurs qui avaient réservé une chambre et à qui on a dit que plus rien n'était disponible et qu'ils devaient partir ou payer un supplément!! Fuyez, cet endroit est une ARNAQUE.
