I had high expectations from Club Mahindra given its reputation, but sadly, the experience was below average. While the service and staff especially Praveen and others were courteous and tried their best, the overall offering lacked the standards one would expect from a premium resort. The high tea was especially underwhelming—just one snack served with tea or coffee, which felt more like a formality than a thoughtful spread. Even the breakfast, lunch, and dinner lacked variety and quality; the meals felt repetitive and uninspired. The room was small, poorly ventilated, and had a persistent odor, making it very uncomfortable. Facilities like the fishing area were not maintained at all, which was again disappointing for someone looking to enjoy the outdoors. While the potential is there and the staff is trying, this definitely did not feel like a five-star experience. There’s a lot of work needed on infrastructure, amenities, and overall guest experience.
