Es liegt direkt a Shin Kobe , somit ist es ideal für einen kurzen Trip wenn man mit dem Shinkansan (JR Pass die meisten Verbindungen sind über Shin Kobe).
Der Weg dorthin ist überdacht.
Sehr viele Etagen somit genießt man eine Tolle Aussicht.
Zimmer sind alt aber sauber- für was ich gezahlt habe war es in Ordnung.
Man bekommt weitere Pflegeprodukte welche als Schlafhilfe geeignet sind- das fand ich recht nett.
Front desk Personal war in Ordnung. Bell Desk Personal war sehr freundlich.
Loungewear ist nicht dabei.
Swimmingpool kostet extra.
All in all war es ganz in Ordnung.

I liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither.
When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy.
Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.

Es war sauber. Ich wollte zwei Tage bleiben, aber am Samstag war es zu teuer, also blieb ich nur einen Tag. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich einen Umweg gemacht habe, daher dachte ich, es sei weit. Später war es tatsächlich besser, den richtigen Weg einzuschlagen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Wasserreiniger. Bei einem Preis von über 200 Ende Februar lohnt es sich meiner Meinung nach. Wenn Sie nach Kobe wollen, empfiehlt es sich, einen eintägigen Stadtrundbus zu kaufen.

The reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

Tolle Lage! Es ist etwa 2–3 Gehminuten vom Ausgang JR Sannomiya entfernt. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen 7-Eleven und in der Nähe viele Restaurants. Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer bekommen! Die Annehmlichkeiten und Pyjamas sind in der Lobby erhältlich. Auf Ebene 2 gibt es auch einen Münzwaschsalon und einen Verkaufsautomaten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher im japanischen Stil gehalten und bestand aus Reis, Natto, Misosuppe, Gemüse und Fisch.

In dieser Preisklasse wähle ich normalerweise Dong Inn. Ich war überrascht, dieses Mal dieses zu wählen, es ist sehr gut. Besonders sauber und hygienisch. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass auch die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Eine Check-out-Zeit ist ebenfalls verfügbar.
Am Haupteingang, nur einen Kilometer von der Kitano-Straße entfernt, befindet sich ein wunderschöner Schrein. Es wird empfohlen, bei einem Besuch in Kobe den Bus zu nehmen. Schauen Sie sich an, wie schön dieser Bahnhof ist! ! !

Ich glaube nicht, dass Sie Probleme beim Essen oder Sightseeing haben werden.
Auch der Kaffeeservice und die Nachmittagssnacks waren köstlich.
Frauen sollten Toilettenartikel und Toilettenartikel mitbringen.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sannomiya, sodass Sie bequem überall hin gelangen. Unten gibt es überall Restaurants und bei der Blindauswahl gibt es im Grunde keine Überraschungen. Das gegenüberliegende Don Quixote ist 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet, sodass das Einkaufen sehr bequem ist. Das Hotelfrühstück ist recht zufriedenstellend, mit weniger Auswahl. Ich glaube jedoch nicht, dass es den Preis wert ist. PS: Wenn Sie vom Flughafen Kansai direkt nach Kobe kommen und eine Fähre nehmen, benötigen Sie 40 Minuten, um zum Flughafen Kobe zu gelangen und dann in die Sky Line nach Sannomiya umzusteigen. Für Ausländer gibt es eine Ermäßigung auf das Fährticket Yen, was super kostengünstig ist. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine Metzgerei, die köstliche Kroketten verkauft. Der Name der Metzgerei ist Moritani Shoten. Denken Sie daran, nur die billigsten zu kaufen und sie sofort zu essen, solange sie heiß sind. Es gibt auch ein „One Night One Night“-Izakaya, das ebenfalls sehr lecker und einen Versuch wert ist.

GGastnutzerDirekt gegenüber der Einkaufsstraße. Das Kaufhaus Daimaru ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Checken Sie im 2. Stock mit Hilfe des Personals ein, aber Sie müssen trotzdem zum Automaten gehen, um den Zimmerschein auszudrucken und am Automaten zu bezahlen, wenn Sie noch nicht bezahlt haben.
Der Frühstücksraum ist überfüllt und kann voll sein. Ich schlage vor, vor 7:45 Uhr zu kommen oder auf dem Fernseher in Ihrem Zimmer nachzuschauen, wie voll es ist – der Status ist von links nach rechts: Leer, Nicht überfüllt, Etwas überfüllt und Sehr überfüllt.

Warm: Gold- und Silber-Suppe und Innen- und Außenbereiche! Keine Notwendigkeit, umgekehrt zu gehen! Die Gegenbedingungen sind wirklich nicht gut!! Aber unterhalb der Gegenseite gibt es eine automatische Verkaufsmaschine und Milch!!! Leichte Milch zu trinken ～ Haben Sie die Hautempfindlichkeit beachtet, ich gehört zu der Art, die sehr empfindlich ist, allergisch gegen die Nase, nachdem ich die warme Nase gespült habe und am nächsten Tag auf dem Boden schlafen kann, beginnt der ganze Körper die Nase zu nehmen! Haben Sie die empfindliche Haut beachtet ‼️ Die warme Nase war lange, die Hornschicht geschwürt, und dann ein bisschen externer Stimulation ist vorbei...

The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day!
A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated!

The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings.
Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage.
While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kobe, whether for business or leisure.

We got delayed on our train from Kansai, hence arrived a bit late to Arima, tried to call for shuttle but was unsuccessful hence we run up the hill which we thought was just a small distance, but it was much, we've finally arrived to the hotel at 7:30pm a bit earlier than their published latest check in time of 8:00pm. We were told dinner won't be serve after 7pm, we rushed all the way for nothing. They should have also published that on the website to avoid people like us planning a trip to Arima to experience aside from the onsen but also for the traditional Japanese meals. Anyway, after negotiation they did served us the dinner and it was tasty and sumptuous.
Aside from the small issue about the dinner, this place is clean & quiet, staffs were very nice and attentive, the onsen are relaxing and we got a very good night sleep.
Will still recommend this hotel, but remember to tell them about your arrival time and book the shuttle bus.

Dieses Hotel ist ziemlich schäbig, der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist sehr laut und der Teppich ist extrem schmutzig. Zum Glück liegt es relativ nah am JR-Bahnhof, daher ist das Reisen bequem.

KkarekarekareBook a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.
