So etwas schlechtes haben wir in Thailand noch nie erlebt. Wir haben einen Beach Bungalow mit Frühstück gebucht. Check-In war der Witz, keine Einweisung in den Bungalow, auf Nachfrage haben wir dann erfahren das der Bungalow erst nach Abgabe des Schlüssels, am Check-In Schalter, gereinigt wird. Zweimal haben wir es in 8 Tagen in Anspruch genommen. Beim Ersten Mal wurde etwas lieblos mit dem Besen durch den Bungalow gefegt, ging auch nicht besser wenn man in einer Hand n Handy hält und Nachrichten schreibt. Beim Bett wurde einfach nur die Decke komplett übergeschmissen. Damit war Sie durch. Grottenschlecht! Beim 2. Mal hat man uns nur den Schlüssel auf die Terrasse gelegt und gesagt, man komme gleich um zu reinigen. Es kam natürlich niemand. Das Frühstückspersonal war so dermaßen unfreundlich, in einem anderen Land hätte ich den Kellner sofort angesprochen, in Thailand werde ich die Thais nicht bloßstellen. Ein Feedback gibt es dann hiermit. Keine Abholung zum Resort. Alle anderen Resorts haben ihre Gäste am Pier abgeholt. Freies WLAN funktionierte fast nie. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. 145€ die Nacht zusätzlich Steuern sind Wucher. Liegt wahrscheinlich an der Lage des Resorts. Dieses Resort werde ich niemandem weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin es nicht gewohnt, negative Bewertungen zu schreiben, weil ich denke, dass ich weiß, wie ich Unterkünfte auswähle, die mich nicht enttäuschen. Leider hat mich das San Pita nicht zufrieden gestellt. Das Wort Resort wird in Thailand oft missbraucht und dies ist sicherlich einer der Fälle wie das 3-Sterne-Hotel ... Die Struktur im Zentrum von Ko Lipe ist praktisch für alles, aber an sich ist die Insel so klein, dass alles in der Nähe von allem ist ... also hätte ich im Nachhinein eine andere Struktur in Strandnähe gewählt und nicht in der Nähe eines Teichs/einer Mülldeponie, die Mücken erzeugt. Was die Struktur angeht, waren wir in einem 3-Bett-Zimmer im Erdgeschoss neben einem kleinen Schwimmbad, ich würde sagen, nur für Kinder geeignet. Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Feuchtigkeit und das Badezimmer war durch eine durchsichtige Plastikfolie vom Rest getrennt. Ein weiteres Problem bestand im Sanitärsystem, dessen unregelmäßige Rohre nach der Nutzung ein unangenehmes Konzert auslösten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls langweilig und wir fanden, dass der Toaster immer von Ameisen befallen war. Es tut mir leid für die Leute, die die Struktur mit Engagement verwalten, aber sie entspricht nicht dem angegebenen Standard.

Apart from being almost on the beach itself, this place is a bit overrated as far as overall quality of certain aspects of their offer in services and amenities. Room is confortable, view from it is fabulous but…the pillows are horribly hard, woke up with a sore neck, the food at their restaurant is kind of ok if you choose Thai food but for American food, it is, let say, less than average, there are some choices that they scratch from their menu because they just don’t know how to cook it, simple thing bruschetta, club sandwich, breakfast is also pretty boring if you not Asian; cold and uncooked chicken sausages, cold chicken ham presented in cold water bowl, coffee is good though and toast are great, I ended up eating that only…last déception, beach access from beach front villa number 2 you need to walk about 200 meters right to the marina entrance or 200 meters left to the restaurant to get access to the beach that is about 20 meters right in front of your room. There is a concrete wall, high of about 1.6 meters that separates you from the beautiful white sand beach. See photos attached…

Zunächst möchte ich beglückwünschen, dass das Servicepersonal sehr gut ist. 1 Nehmen Sie keinen guten Preis wie wir, wir gehen zusammen 12 Personen, buchen 6 Gartenzimmer, weil wir Geld sparen wollen. Aber was ich habe ist, das Wasser im Ölraum kann nicht alle gedrückt werden, das Zimmer g15 g14 und die anderen 2 Zimmer müssen Wasser in den Kehle und drücken Sie Ihre Hand. Und wenn Sie viel nehmen, denken Sie, dass Sie nicht das Wasser drücken können Das Wasserheizgerät funktioniert nicht, Zimmer 11, der Klimaanlage ist kaputt, nicht das Telefon im Zimmer. Sie müssen gehen, um das Personal selbst zu kontaktieren, es gibt keine WiFi, TV, aber können Sie nicht sehen. 1 und am wichtigsten, Zimmer g15 Klang der Mischung die ganze Nacht, Nerv zu essen 2
The Reef Hotel & Studios

Abbiamo soggiornato al The Reef per 15 giorni questo Febbraio. È un hotel molto semplice, situato in una posizione strategica, molto comoda per raggiungere sia la spiaggia, sia la walking street. La colazione è davvero la cosa che ci ha stupito di più! I piatti da scegliere erano tutti quanti ottimi, la scelta era vasta, e tutti i ragazzi del Mojo sono davvero carini, sempre educati e attenti al cliente. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva per quanto riguarda la camera e soprattutto la pulizia. La nostra stanza era al piano terra, spaziosa ma tuttavia buia e senza un balcone o delle finestre da aprire, solo due vetri che affacciavano su un bosco che era in pratica una discarica, con sacchetti di plastica, tavolini rotti buttati per aria e altra immondizia. Anche il bagno non era il massimo, buio e un po’ trascurato, ma, a mio avviso, ci si adatta a tutto in vacanza, tranne che a una cosa: la mancanza di pulizia! Il “rifare la camera” consisteva nel cambio degli asciugamani (che erano solo uno a testa, da utilizzare per far tutto, dalla doccia al viso la mattina seguente), bottigliette d’acqua in frigorifero (molto apprezzate) e sistemare le lenzuola nel letto. Fine. In tutto il soggiorno ci sono state cambiate le lenzuola solo una volta, dopo che, vedendo che in 7 giorni avevamo sempre le stesse lenzuola macchiate, abbiamo lasciato noi un biglietto alla donna delle pulizie (ed è stato il primo e ultimo cambio lenzuola). Per terra sabbia, polvere e altro sporco erano presenti sempre, dietro la porta del bagno e in ogni angolo della stanza. Il tappetino del bagno fuori dalla doccia, dopo giorni, ormai fradicio e pieno di sabbia, non ci veniva cambiato, e anche lì abbiamo dovuto lasciare scritto un biglietto, e una volta cambiato, è rimasto lo stesso fino alla fine della vacanza. Non siamo di tante pretese, ci adattiamo alle varie situazioni che si presentano, ma sinceramente siamo rimasti molto delusi dalla scarsa pulizia e cura della camera, soprattutto avendo alte aspettative avendo letto ottime recensioni.
Castaway Resort Koh Lipe

So this is our second stay here. We booked castaway because it has a certain charm, the restaurant and commonly areas have a really lovely vibe and are such a nice place to while away many hours enjoying the sea views. There are lots of things to live about this resort but also some annoyances/ things that could be improved. I’ll be as balanced as I can. Rooms: We stayed in a big beachfront breezy room. Right on the beach, private veranda and balcony.room price did not include breakfast. Rooms are BASIC but we knew this when booking. There is no hot water and no air con. There are two large ceiling fans. Unfortunately one was right above your head where you sleep so this was bothersome for me. I asked maintenance could it be adjusted but it couldn’t. Mosquitos were a real problem- please ignore the information inside room which says you probably won’t need the mosquito net. It was essential! The mosquitos also mean it is very difficult to enjoy your veranda/hammock in the evening/ nighttime and early morning because mosquito’s are everywhere! I was covered from head to toe in deet. Reception will spray your room each night if you ask them. Room cleanliness: Our room was cleaned daily but not to a high standard. On at least two occasions, the toilet bowl was not cleaned at all. I reported it to reception once but it happened again. Towels were replaced daily- it is supposed to be an eco resort so this was disappointing. Restaurant/food: Food was always to a very high standard. Definitely priced at the higher end of the scale in comparison to other restaurants but very nice food. Coffee was really good- but 100baht for a latte seems very expensive to me? The restaurant staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Service wasn’t always smooth tho- breakfast would come in stages, toast would arrive before eggs, and without cutlery. Then I’d ask for cutlery to then discover no condiments so it often involves calling the waiter two or three times before you could enjoy your breakfast! One morning we waited thirty minutes for our breakfast, this would be fine except every other day it arrived in about ten minutes so it meant we were rushing for our diving trip. Diving: We had some great dives and the dive shop team were all lovely people, especially Tos who made sure we had a great time. Not always very organised- we met at 9am one morning and due to them not reading the tide tables right we didn’t leave until 11.45! Equipment was very well maintained and seems to be plenty of it. Food serves on day trips was from the castaway restaurant so it’s as always delicious. Arriving: Unfortunately they do not arrange pick ups from the ferry arrival points so when we arrived we had to lug our cases along the beach and quite a long way up “walking street” to get a tuk tuk Would we stay again? Probably not. We love the charm of the place but it would be nice to have a hot shower in the evening and the temperature regulation in the rooms was not idea
