B@Home location is near the train station, quite a lot of eateries around the area. Wall a bit too thin as can hear next door neighbours talked till 2am. Other than that, all is good.

"AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and accommodating despite language barriers. Room was spacious and super clean and looks very aesthetic. Took many pictures.. the pool was clean and nice, the activities within the farmstay was great. Definitely a place to come to for a relaxing chill getaway to slow down time."

"Das Hotel ist ein wenig runter, aber im Durchschnitt akzeptabel. Das Armsterdem Zimmer hat diesen Geruch, von der Wasserabwässerung ist nicht gut, das ganze Zimmer hat diesen schlechten Geruch.
Gefülltes Wasser wurde nicht im Santorini Zimmer bereitgestellt, wir riefen, das Wasser zu senden, ohne richtig zu fragen oder zu prüfen, der Vorderabteilung fragte uns, sorgfältig in dem Zimmer zu prüfen und Wasser ist irgendwo im Zimmer ............ Wir sahen und bestätigten keine Wasser liefert vor wir Front Desk angerufen. Der Service braucht dort etwas Verbesserung. Mit diesem Preis gezahlt in diesem Bereich würde ich einen besseren Service erwarten ..."

"This hotel is situated next door to Kluang Riverview hotel and connected with the same parking lots. I would definitely give a 4 star experience staying in this hotel. I booked a superior king room for 2 nights and my overall stay is very much pleasant. Room is spacious and clean, and to my surprise, the AC was already on prior to my arrival and I stepped in to the room feeling cold (much needed due to hot weather outdoor). Bed and pillows are super comfy too. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly and despite the old design, this hotel is very comfortable and location is very strategic. Recommended for you and your family if you are here in Kluang town."

"Although the hotel is quite old, room is bit dusty, but the toilet is fine, and breakfast is wonderful. Staff also friendly. TV in the room should has more channel, we stay for 6 days without tv is quite boring. curtain inside room i think can change already… thats the only drawback. Others is fine and match the price. Its reasonable!"

"My 3D2N stay at Anika Hotel was great. Recep Staff and Concierge are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is abit old but considered well kept. The location in town is so good. I pre locally can walk to every part of town from the hotel. Thumbs up!"

AAnnabella ChangThe location is great, right in the city center, near the bus and train station, added convenience with the eatery and family marts nearby.
Cleanliness can be improved, but overall it is great, the people there are helpful :)
Amenities like hair dryer and hangers etc are on request basics, all you need to do is to ring for help.
If you drive, do remember to register your vehicle, parking outside the hotel, on first come first serve basics.

GGastnutzerThe room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stained bedsheets and hair on the pillowcase, though the mattress was comfortable. Shower water pressure was good. However the hotel lacks an elevator. On my final day, I twice experienced issues with my keycard failing to grant room access after stepping out, requiring assistance from the staff.
The location is good. In the evenings, many birds gather around the hotel and nearby buildings, so caution is needed to avoid bird droppings when stepping outside.

SSilly PapaNearby there are many nice restaurants. The room is very spacious. Unfortunately the aircon remote control is not working. Need to swift off entirely if too cold. Need to take stairs to go to our room on the 1st floor. Overall it was a good stay.

Das Hotel ist etwas neu, weniger als 2 Jahre vor Einladung.
