Kami menginap 4 org dewasa dan 1 org Anak2. Kami mengambil tipe kamar family, ruangannya luas dng 2 kasur ukuran besar. Jd utk tdr kami tdk perlu sempit2an, hehe. Utk ukuran kamar luas dan AC nya jg berasa dingin, kebetulan utk kmr family itu ada di paling dpn hotel. Jd parkir mobil lngsng di dpn kmr. Utk kmr mandinya bathup dan pelayanannya jg ramah dan baik bgt. Utk minusnya hanya tv yg msh menggunakan tv tabung, tp itu gak masalah SM Skali buat km Krn tv msh berfungsi dng baik. Next klo ke Klaten, pasti kami menginap disana lg, Krn posisi hotelnya jg strategis bgt di dkt alun2 dan di seberang hotel ada warung ramen, jd jng khawatir akan kelaparan disini.. btw thanks ya utk hotel alami dan trip;)

Ein altes Gebäude mit vintagemübliken und Design. Es gibt auch einen Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung. Unser größter Anliegen ist die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers, die bald verbessert werden sollte.

I Stay for 1 night (13-14 July 2023). The Hotel located was far away from city, but i think they sell Best View and of course the atmosphere, so quiet & peaceful. The room was nice, spacious and clean. I love it. The breakfast menu was good enough with beautiful view. The right choise, for those who like peace and quite.

Es war nicht mein erstes Besuch dieses Hotels. Ich habe diesen Ort während der Pandemie besucht, so arm! und in diesem Jahr 2022 kam ich wieder in dieses Hotel und sah einen sehr riesigen Fortschritt von diesem Hotel sowie die machen eine große Renovierung. Die Vibes haben sich eindeutig in eine neue Atmosphäre und die Produktqualität verbessert, und das Produkt hat sich im Vergleich zu den Preisen leicht verbessert. Besichtigung um das Inn, geeignet für Paare und Familien. große Android-TV, geeignet für einen Spiegel aus dem Telefon/Oberst. Schnell-WLAN-Verbindung. Auf dem Dach ist ein neu fertiger Kaffee, Unten ist ein Schwimmbad. Wenn es bereits ist, kann es für Staycation hier empfohlen werden 👌🏻

Die Dienstleistungen sind gut. Das Personal war nett und nett. Das Zimmer ist auch ziemlich groß als das andere Hotel umgeben mit dem gleichen Preis. Aber das Frühstück ist freundlich meh, der Geschmack ist nicht so gut oder besondere.

Das Zimmer war schön sauber, gemütlich und das Essen war großartig. Die Frühstückssortiment boosterte mein Stimmung. Was für eine wunderbare Zeit, mit einem warmsten und hilfsbereiten Team zu bleiben. Herr Und hat den Professionalität und uns in jedem einzelnen Gast Moment während unseres Aufenthalts gezeigt. Rein Zimmer ... , gutes Frühstücksmenü, freundlicher Service ...

Der Service an der Rezeption ist schlecht. Wir buchten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Kingsize- / Twin-Bett-Optionen. Wir haben online bestellt, indem wir einen Sonderwunsch für ein Kingsize-Bett hinzugefügt haben. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir ein Zimmer vom Typ Zweibettzimmer und fragten, ob es in ein Doppelzimmer umgewandelt werden könnte. Aber die Rezeptionistin bat um zusätzliche 50.000 Rupiah für den Transfer von einem Zweibettzimmer in ein Doppelbett, denn wenn Sie online über die App buchen, gibt es keine Option für das Kingsize-Bett. Dann zeigen wir der App, ob dieser Typ online buchbar ist. Die Rezeptionistin bat uns dann, uns einfach bei der App zu beschweren. Thx God Customer Service Trip hilft mir sehr und schnelle Reaktion. CS trip hat unser Problem gelöst, indem wir in ein Doppelzimmer verlegt wurden, ohne 50.000 zu verlangen. Rezeptionistin schlechte Einstellung, unfreundlich und entschuldigte sich überhaupt nicht für die Situation, in der wir uns befanden?

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Overall, there are room for improvements especially on The F&B side. But it was quite an enjoyable stay since the ho
