The hotel is located in a National park and surrounded by trees. We had several stays. Mrs. Elif Ozdogan did great customer service. The men's department of the Spa was recently renovated and most changes are done. We enjoy the buffet in the mornings and evenings. The rooms are clean and the service is nice and friendly.

Rooms were spacey and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were modern and clean. There were plenty of selection both at breakfast and dinner. Delicious meals. Thermal pool was around 40C, Hamam was very nice and clean. Service was very good and friendly. It is located in the Natural park, inside pine forest. I wish there was a walking path for people, at least around the hotel within its borders. We tried to walk along the road, there were many stray dogs (counted 11), that we had to cut short and went back to the hotel. The indoor swimming pool water temperature was not warm enough. I did not want to go back to pool because of that.

Cam Thermal Hotel Kızılcahamam is a park located in the capital, Ankara, located in a mountainous area. When you exit the hotel on the right, you stroll through the forests and find restaurants, coffee and tea. When you exit the hotel to the north, you can take a walk in the heart of the village. You will find supermarkets, fruits, clothes and restaurants. There is a small museum that you can find. It has how the village was in the past, it has clean swimming pools also with hot water baths to treat many diseases, the beauty of their system is there are private swimming pools for women and private swimming pools for men, excellent service, they have a beautiful restaurant overlooking the forests, I used the breakfast and dinner buffet full and all foods Delicious, they have a free tea drinking service, the rooms are beautiful and clean, but I suggest increasing the lighting in the rooms, I thank the hotel management for the wonderful hospitality to us. The reception was fast and wonderful, and I thank Mr. / Abdul Rahman and Mr. / Hassan for helping us with translation and a full explanation of the region, thanks to the people of the region Kzlichi for their honesty and hospitality to us.

A dan Z ye hersey muhteşem, ilgi, konfor, ambiyans çok başarılı. Yemekler ayrı lezzetli. Çalışanların sıcak ilgisi kendinizi evinizde hissettiriyor. Özellikle Bestami ve Hazal işlerini çok şevk ve istekle yapıyorlar. Hersey için teşekkür ederiz.

True 5 star thermal hotel that is amongst nature. We had a pleasant stay here with family and the whole experience was just terrific. Rooms a very clean, spacious and have all the amenities you require. Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and fresh ingredients were used by experienced chefs. The location is excellent and all within a natural pine tree setting and the town centre (Kizilcahamam) is within walking distance. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone.

Geçtiğimiz Bayram eşimle birlikte kaldığım otele sitede yazan yorumları okuyarak Öncelikle ön yargıyla gittik sonrasında karşılaştığımız hizmet ve personel kalitesi anlamında yaşadığımız en güzel Termal tecrübeyi yaşadık burada yazılanları okuduğumda verilen paranın boşa gitmesini Bırakın bu tatil nasıl bitecek diye düşünürken daha fazla para daha fazla gün satın almak için otelle kavga edip 2 daha günü zorla satın aldım yazılanları okumayın kendiniz tecrübe edin hayatında evinde küvet görmeyen insanların beğenmedikleri havuz tecrübeleriyle yanılgıya düşmeyin.

5 yaşındaki oğlum ve eşim ile beraber iki günlüğüne gittik. Çalışanların hiçbiri maske takmıyor ve pandemi koşulları umrunda değil. Umarım buradan hastalık kapmamışızdır. Otel tıklım tıklım dolu, yemekleri berbattı. Hiçbirşey yiyemedik. Konumu ve havası çok güzel ama beş yıldızlı otel demek için çok fırın ekmek yemeleri lazım. Otelin geneli soğuk çocuklar havuzdan çıkınca üşütebilir, havuz suyu çok soğuk. Odaları iyi ama temizlik için aynı şeyi söyleyemiceğim. Çocuk alanını da oldukça soğuk ve pis. Kimse maske takmıyor. Çocuğumu 1 kez havuza sokabildim ertesi gün üşüttü. Odaya giderken heryer bu kadar soğuk olmamalı, burası termal otel

Asla ve kata beş yıldız kategorisine layık bir otel değil. Yataklar eski, hijyen kötü, yemekler eh. Bir kere en başta thermal otel gibi değil. Hamamları termal havuzları vs MAHALLE HAMAMINDAN FARKSIZ. Firmalarla ortak anlaşmalarından mıdır bilmiyoruz, bir sürü halinde insan yığını görüyorsunuz ve bu insanlara sanki bedavaya bu tatil hediye edilmiş gibi. Bunu havuzların halinden anlıyorsunuz. Eşim ikinci günümüzde (hekim olduğu halde) hastalandı, gece Kızılcahamam Devlet Hastanesindeydik. Viral enfeksiyon istiyorsanız buyrun derim :)

5 yıldız standartından çok uzak bir hotel . Çocuklar için oyun alanı yok denecek kadar az ve küçük. Yemekler inanın çok kötü , okul veya fabrika yemekhaneleri kalite ve lezzet bakımından yarışır . kahvaltıda kahve bulamazsınız , meyve suyu bile 120 lira, evet 5 yıldızlı otelde meyve suyu ve kahve fahis fiyatlarla ücretli. Hijyen konusunda sıkıntılar var
