The place is spacious, very clean, nice view on the 18 floor, have all amenities stove , fridge, washer, dryer , gym and swimming pool. The host very friendly and was nice. I will definitely go back again . Also the price is reasonable and affordable, it is like a condominium, not like a hotel. Thank you.

Unser Ein- und Auschecken war einfach, sehr schönes Personal. Wir haben hier vorher geblieben und hatten immer eine überdurchschnittliche Erfahrung, diese Zeit fanden wir das Hotel schmutzig und Zimmer nicht gereinigt nach anderen Delta/Marriott Standards. Wir verstehen, dass aufgrund der Pandemie Personaldefizite aufgetreten sind, und das kann hier der Fall sein. Das Zimmer war ein King-Size-Bett, schöne Dusche/Badezimmer eingerichtet. Der Pool war beschäftigt und der Warmwasserröhre geschlossen, auch der Fitnessraum erschien auch geschlossen, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der COVID-Beschränkungen. Das Hauptproblem war das Fehlen von Vakuum, alte Nagelklips auf dem Boden und Schmutz sichtbar. Der Kleider war sehr schmutzig in sich, so dass wir den Drinkbeutel unter unserem Besitz gelegt haben. Es war Band auf der Decke, nicht sicher, was das war. Wir würden hier wieder bleiben, ich bin nicht sicher, dass ich es suchen würde, wie wir es vorher getan haben. Sehr günstige Lage für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Meine Tochter geht an die Universität im Fall in Waterloo und dieses Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten von der Schule entfernt (einfach auf der Autobahn fahren) Wir haben hier 2 mal geblieben, während wir eine Wohnung für meine Tochter und ihre Zimmerkollegen suchen. Großer Aufenthalt beider Zeit! Einfach in- und auschecken, kostenlose Parkplätze, kostenlose Kaffee und wie ein 'Grab und gehen' Frühstück am Morgen mit Joghurt, Obst, Strombars usw. Wir werden sicher wieder sagen, wenn wir unsere Tochter besuchen. Einen nicht-fuss-Hotel!

We went to this hotel as a team, after the hotel listed themselves as a ”preferred hotel for the tournament” Which is very confusing to me because they clearly do not want any families there as a group. The amount of times that security had interactions with a group of grown adults, was insane. During daylight hours (3:30-7:30pm) we were told to move locations, then we were then told to leave that area, several times. We tried to be respectful of other hotel guests by staying outside also because it was a gorgeous day, the staff told us we needed to go indoors to the lobby. Night two, we are putting our kids to bed and security wouldn't leave our floor. First they told us that we cannot sit quietly in the hall, just my husband and I at 7:45pm, we had to stand. So we stood up, 10 minutes later we were told we needed to get out of the hallway and go to the lobby because it's a walkway. We tried to explain to the guards that our kids are young and we would not be leaving the hotel room door, but that they cannot go to sleep with us sitting in there. There was a language barrier and after a bit more of a civil conversation, they proceeded to tell us that we would be charged for a noise complaint charge because apparently we had four warnings, we were unaware of the first two or three. The rooms are nice, hotel is new. The breakfast is terrible, eggs were like rubber. I will never understand why hotels that choose to be tournament hotels don't catch on to put us in an actual block of rooms to lessen any potential complaints from other guests. To top it all off, there were 3 homeless men that were in the bush at the back of the parking lot, they came into the lobby and were approaching some of our team girls who are between 11-13 years old, when security was asked about what was being done about this they said ”they had no idea but that they believed it to be okay, no police were called” Thankfully, we had a friend who is a SWAT officer onshift nearby, he came by to check it out and it turns out that all of these men have warrants out for their arrest. How unsettling for all of these parents with young kids, and it seems the hotel didn't think it was an issue.

We stayed in this hotel for Canada day weekend. And upon check in we had a very warm welcome and to name them, Sai, Kristine, Bee and their Supervisor Zaid. They are all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel's breakfast was good too with lot's of choices to choose from and the F&B staff were very attentive to the needs of the guests. These are some of the reasons to come back and stay there again.

Es war toll dort zu bleiben. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett, und das Zimmer war sauber genug. Ich würde gerne wieder bleiben!

This was a quiet and clean place to stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, for its convenience to the highway and restaurants in the area. This place had all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable!

I was staying here while visiting my daughter. I am a Hilton Honors member and try to stay at an affiliated hotel when I can. The hotel itself is fine- nothing particularly memorable except the staff. The front desk staff are not only very friendly, but they were super helpful and transparent about the fact that 3 tournaments were going to be there when I asked to extend my visit by one night. Because I was staying partly to have a place to work for the day- it was important that I have somewhere reasonable to work. They gave me a room on the first floor, at the end so I’d be away from most of the commotion. It was great. Spacious room, good work space- bed was fine. It’s a bit dated but my room was clean. The breakfast in the a.m. worked for me as I could grab it and go back to work. It was pricey for what you get, but the staff went above and beyond.
