The hotel was strategically located. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty and staff were delightful. It has air conditioning which makes the sleeping experience wonderful. It is quiet even though it is located in the heart of the city.

After a whirlwind of a trip in the village, I needed some alone time to just come down & relax & this was exactly what the hotel provided.

My check in was seamless, from the security to check in and dining staff are extremely friendly and helpful, very comfortable bed, hotel is in a very good location. Despite near a busy road, the hotel is extremely tranquil. This is a hotel I would not mind to stay in again should I pass by Kisumu.
