Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by the Lake Bewertungen

The place is near the disney but u have to use shuttle bus which is no on time at all for pick up or drop off. The worst when we back from the park, late about a hour. Beside the bus, It hard to call the hotel because all the staff will not answer the phone. I do make a mistake booked at 11 june and i try to call the hotel at the day before about it. Dont mind if they cannot modify my reservation. But sadly when i come at 12 june in the morning. The reception said that all my booked is cancel. I have to show them about my recent call the day before and they want me to make sure if i do made a phone call to confirm the day before or they will cancel all my reservation at that hotel. I m sure will not come back to that hotel.

I found the hotel excellent value. We had a room with 2 double beds on the ground floor and it was quiet at all times. The room was well serviced and the maid was extremely nice. The room was very clean. However it could do with renewed carpets or indeed some other kind of flooring. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area was again kept very clean. The tea/ coffee and juice machines were on all day and we used them instead of the coffee machine in the room. Jorge Arevalo on the desk was extremely friendly and very polite and helpful. The location was excellent for Disney and other places including Premium Outlets and Celebration for a lovely walk or jog. Parking is easy and there are timed shuttles to the parks and back. All in all the hotel is extremely good value for money and I would stay there again.

Great hotel, great breakfast, friendly/helpful employees, location was amazing, fridge and microwave in room, room and beds clean. Only negative was the carpet was filthy, I didn’t realize until the last night I laid a white towel down and it was black when I picked it up. Get the carpet clean or just do away with it to solve that problem. Pool was huge, clean and perfect temp, maybe add a couple more gazebos, we were the only ones there so we grabbed the gazebo, but if there had been others there no other shade to rest in. Other than the carpet, great find we will be back!!

I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip! Jan and Patrick

It was nicely situated for what I needed it for golfing and for restaurant are all local

조식에 스크럼블도 나오고 그나마 다른 호텔보다 한두가지 더 종류가 많아서 맛있어서 좋았어요. 위치도 좋아서 디즈니월드 가기 괜찮아요. 다만 미국식이라 소시지가 너무 짜서.. 조식도 위치도 너무 만족입니다~~ 다시 또 방문해도 좋을것 같아요.

現在酒店不好嗯，就是個大車店，還偽裝成什麼套房酒店，衞生很差，門口到處都是垃圾，關鍵是不隔音就是大車店，所謂的湖景就是個笑話，不能在卧室裏看到衹能是從門口出來，站在走廊上，看着一個小小的水池，這個宣傳有點過分了啊，攜程這邊需要注意，這個所謂的湖景再多收幾塊錢毫無意義
