Poor breakfast, always identical every day... "Fresh" orange juice is watered down...with water! Ouch! "Double bed" is a lie: just two beds "stuck" to together. Economical with toilet paper... So my stay will be a one-off stay. Bla bla bla...

The best hotel in the area - perfect view perfect location with walking distance to the best beach - I really mean it! You can watch sunset from balcony or you can watch it from infinity swimming pool ! Rooms so clean , usb wall plugs, smart tv- Netflix on it , fridge with little freezer , just perfect ! And guys the most important - so so professional and friendly members of staff!!! So lovely people - I mean it!!! Believe me - this area this beach Falassarna is the best in Crete ( Balos is great and close for a trip) . I really recommend it !!!! Parking in the beach for free!!! Diamond star hotel is the best !!! I’ve spend there 5 days and moved to Elafonisos and missing Falassarna ! The best beach and the best accommodation with yummy breakfast - omelettes great!!! Offered exceeds price. Worth recommending! Wifi is also good for remote working. Seaview, beautiful sunset and starry sky. The attitude is very good and hospitable. Developing and growing atmosphere, if everything is still not as it should be - give feedback, and it will definitely be fixed! A very personal approach, you almost feel like you belong to the family. I have stayed in many of the best hotels in the Greek Islands, but the cleaning service at this hotel has been the best so far. There is a swimming pool in front of the hotel, where children can also have fun. The best beach in Crete is nearby where you will find water sports facilities, modern attractive Beach Lounge with delicious food in the restaurant and live DJ. I will miss that place for sure!

Un soggiorno che ti fa apprezzare il golfo di Falasarna in modo esclusivo. Albe e tramonti sul mare stupendi! Piscina comune a sfioro con vista invitante come una spiaggia. Il complesso di appartamenti è estremamente ben costruito, rilassante e pulito, con spazi adeguati ad ogni attività. Le stanze moderne e spaziose, una menzione alla pulizie delle stanze con cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Ottimo colazione con prodotti freschi dolci e salati insomma - Un soggiorno e una coccola, sarei rimasta molto di più! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, gentilissimo! ho prenotato tramite booking e a causa di un intervento chirurgico ho dovuto disdire, nonostante questo e innumerevoli email e nonostante avessero subito piazzato la camera che avevo disdetto per quei giorni, considerando le spese che devo in questi giorni sostenere per l'intervento chirurgico, al momento della disdetta il titolare dell'hotel ha dapprima trattenuto l'intero importo con la mia carta di credito (intero importo era di mille e rotti euro) successivamente il sito booking ha prelevato dalla mia carta di credito altri 500 euro.
