"Ursprünglich gebuchtes Gemeinschaftsbad, da es relativ leer ist, das andere im Umbau ist, hat uns die Chefin ein Upgrade gegeben. Das Zimmer war gerade renoviert und hat ein bisschen geschmeckt. Alles andere ist sehr gut. Chinesischer Chef, chinesische Kommunikation ist bequem."

"Wir waren im Sydney Harbour National Park und fuhren zum Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war beim Einchecken sehr begeistert. Wir sagten uns, wie man zu Restaurants und Supermärkten in der Nähe kommt, aber sie haben um 19 Uhr Feierabend und haben es nach dem Ausgehen benutzt. Der Schlüssel öffnet die Tür. Die Türschlösser, Schalter und Fensterstile im Zimmer sind sehr retro, das öffentliche Badezimmer ist sehr sauber und geruchlos und kann auch innen gebadet werden. Obwohl viele andere Gäste im Gebäude sind, ist das Zimmer schallisoliert. Ausländische Hotels verlangen in der Regel keine Kaution. Da wir am zweiten Tag den Flieger erwischen mussten, standen wir morgens um 4 Uhr auf und steckten den Schlüssel beim Verlassen des Ladens ins Personalfenster."

"Pier One Sydney Harbour is a class on its own. Check-in was a breeze and our luggages were already in our room when we got there. We got the room with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and it was fantastic. It wasn't a floor to ceiling window due to the design of the building, but it was still magical to see the bridge even from the king size bed. We slept and woke up to that view. The room was also spacious and could fit all three of our large, opened luggages, and had the nespresso machine, usual toiletries as well as robes and slippers. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfast buffet was ample (although other hotels have more offerings during buffet breakfast) but just right for the price. The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay are all walkable from the hotel which makes it a great base in Sydney. Pier One really made our Sydney stay more memorable."

"Das gesamte Gebiet der Mosman Bay neben der reichen Gegend von Sydney kann als sehr schockierend bezeichnet werden. Die verschiedenen Yachten sind friedlich. Kommen Sie hierher, um zu sehen, was die wahre Lebensqualität der Australier ist. Traumhaft in die Stadt zu gehen, ist auch ein ganz besonderer Erlebnisraum. Der Preis ist hier. Ich finde es ok zu reinigen. Der Teppich ist nicht sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß und es gibt keine Badewanne. Es ist gut. Ich möchte nicht in diese Gegend. Wie das Leben eines reichen Mannes aussehen kann, ist eine andere Welt, die sich von der touristischen Perspektive unterscheidet Sydney"

"Convenient for price and location. Apartment itself was strange, windows were not low enough to easily see out towards the harbour. Had to stand up and peer out to see anything. Positively, apartment was a good size and with a decent kitchen. Decor of the room was cheap and not well designed, just practical I guess. Lift system is so high tech that it’s confusing, we booked two rooms and the second room was on a different floor which we couldn’t easily get to, as keys only give access to one particular floor. I feel that was poor planning on the hotels behalf, if we book two rooms, they should at least try and make them on the same floor. It made the stay for parents a bit stressful as they felt trapped on their floor. Check in process took soo long, only two staff working and waited for almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue. Staff didn’t appear to be trying to hurry the process. In saying that we came down an hour or so later to try and sort out access to each others rooms, and there was now 5 staff members and very happy to help, much more efficient than earlier. The price of the room was the main draw card of staying here, I probably wouldn’t stay again. It’s very close to main motorway, not really easily walkable to locations like Luna Park and North Sydney restaurants."

"The location is truly excellent, and with kitchen facilities, it's the perfect accommodation for trips lasting a week or more. However, the amenities were not provided in proportion to the number of guests, so we had to call daily to request more. Additionally, we were told there was no extra charge for coffee refills at the breakfast restaurant, but at checkout, we were informed of additional charges. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay."
