The hotel was very affordable and conveniently located, right in the CBD. Everything worked as it should, A/C was very good and much needed during our stay. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little on the small side, and the bathroom a little dated. No real issues to speak of, we would definitely stay there againa.

We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

Bisher so gut. Ich habe mein Auto vom 9.00 bis 5.00 Uhr im Park verlassen. Nach dem Ausstieg aus dem Park wurde mir 150 Dollar belastet, was fast doppelt so viel war, was mir mitgeteilt wurde. Ich fühlte mich betrogen und fliegen, weil ich nichts über das tun konnte, wie ich am Morgen zum Flughafen gelangen musste. Ich hoffe, das Hotel hat zumindest ihren Anteil an dem Plündchen, weil es mich in einen solchen Betrug verleiht. Ich will nicht, dass Ihre Reisemünzen sind etwas wie das. Ich will nur ehrlich und dieses Hotel hat es nicht gegeben. Ich muss diese Reise in Zukunft regelmäßig machen und es ist mir klar, dass dieses Hotel nicht interessiert ist, wiederholte Kunden.

Die Einstellung an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Ergreifen Sie die Initiative, um das Zimmer für uns aufzuwerten, die Aussicht ist großartig

Während meiner kürzlich nach Sydney gefahrenen Reise war mein Gepäck verzögert und dann wurde ich für ein paar Tage krank. Die Mitarbeiter am Blick, insbesondere Daniel am Frontdesk, waren besonders gratulierend und hilfreich. Sie gingen aus ihrem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass ich das gefunden habe, was ich brauchte.

Sehr nahe der Mascott Station, die nur zwei Stationen vom Zentralstation entfernt ist. Es gibt lokale Versorgungslager und Restaurants in der Nähe und eine ruhige Gemeinschaft.

I am a regular inter state traveler for work and whenever I visit Sydney I prefer to stay in Quest Chatswood for their excellent service. The location is spot on, lots of cafes, restaurants and malls around. The rooms are clean, fresh and equipped well. The staff at the reception are very friendly and prompt. Sam, I guess who is the supervisor always helps me and my colleagues with the bookings and any other requests very well. It's hard to see such service now a days in hospitality industry and I can assure that I will be very loyal to Quest Chatswood for their wonderful service. I just wish that the gym was better equipped. A rowing machine and few more heavy weights will be great

It was quite expensive for the service. The staff were not very welcoming but pleasant enough. The highlights are you are camping on the harbor and the view is very pretty. At sunset the very large bats come out which is quite cool to see but they are very loud with each other. Here is somethings you should know. Both eateries close at 430 pm so plan accordingly for dinner. If you get the package that includes electricity it’s only on from 6pm-6am. The waterway is very active until dark then the row teams start at 0500 it might have been earlier but their coaches are very loud and aggressive. What a way to wake up. It was nice just manage your expectations.

Wirklich gemütliches Studio von Quest in North Shore. Wir wollten es irgendwo im Norden von Sydney versuchen, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir diesen Winter Ramen mögen und es in dieser Gegend zahlreiche gute gibt. Studio war sauber, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Sie können wahrscheinlich am Wochenende draußen auf der Straße parken, aber Sie müssen daran denken, Ihr Auto bis 8 Uhr morgens zu bewegen. Dies hat uns nicht behindert, da wir etwas Geld sparen konnten, ohne für den Parkplatz extra bezahlen zu müssen.

This is an amended review to highlight the ongoing lack of communication from the hotel. It is fair to say that the hotel had some great things going for it but, sadly, customer support is not one of them. Breakfast was excellent and the roof top Aster bar was a great place to enjoy a cocktail and see some spectacular sunsets. However, the whole thing was let down by extremely lacklustre support from the management down. My wife lost her glasses in the hotel. They are prescription reading glasses in very distinct designer frames and were in a sparkly gold box. We asked at the desk during check out if they had been found and were told that they had not been handed in but that reception would check with the Aster bar, where we believe they had been left but was closed at the time of check out. We were due to be in Sydney again in 4 days and the receptionist took all the details and a description of the glasses and case and said that she would email me to give me an update. Sadly we didn’t hear back. Four days later when we returned to Sydney we checked back at the hotel there was no note against our booking and the duty receptionist said nothing could be done but was unable to confirm if a check had been made in the Aster rooftop bar. I asked to speak to the duty manager and an Irish lady, whose name I sadly didn’t get, came out to speak to me. She was very apologetic and said it was not the normal standard we should expect from the hotel and promised to speak to the Aster staff and that she would get back to me by email before the end of the day. Sadly, no further communication was forthcoming and a follow up email to the hotel remains unanswered. We realise that the loss was our fault but the lack of interest from the staff and unfulfilled, empty promises from the management would definitely deter us from staying there again. It would appear that the management have no interest in fostering customer satisfaction.
