Medvastö/Höterviken 40 m, shallow and hard bottom, own rowing boat, canoe and pier with swimming ladder.
Spacious wooden villa in a nice location built in 1997. In the upper floor living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide), WC, covered balcony.
On the ground floor lounge area, 2 bedrooms with double beds in both, WC, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric sauna stove), fireplace.
TV and air source heat pump on both floors. Large patio next to the house. Hair dryer in the villa and in the sauna house.
Sauna building (50 m²) on the lakeside. 2 spreadable sofas, kitchen, TV.
Shallow loft, steep stairs lead to the loft, 120 cm wide mattress in the loft.
Wood heated sauna, shower, dressing room.
Covered outdoor kitchen, cooling box (for storing drinks, for example), large gas stove, worktop and sink with sanitation (no flowing water, carrying water) in the yard.
