太可怕了，這酒店簡直就是詐騙，一樓是一個廢棄的酒吧。從頭到尾一個工作人員也沒看到。連國內招待所都不如。
環境：周圍滿荒涼的，除了離希思羅機場比較近沒有優點
衞生：衞生極差，屋裡一股子咖喱味，廁所一股子黴味。到了晚上很明顯的咖喱味大多了，很有可能老闆在做飯
設施：軟件看起來都有，但都不敢用，實在太臟了。牆上全是印子，屋裡還有一個打不開的門，和兇殺現場一樣。
服務：沒有服務，一個工作人員也沒看到

邊上在建房子，白天有點機器聲，不算很吵，當然影響不大因為白天都出門的，晚上安靜的。總體可接受，很普通。老闆印度的。

Simple, don't stay there. I put one of my drivers in and he checked out at 02.00 in the morning when he was woken up by the biggest bed bug he has ever seen crawling across his pillow. Absolutely filthy Kingston council should be sued for allowing this place to trade.

Went there a year ago . Clearly its not improved ! To be fair our room was clean but would not stay there again . Depressing air of the place . Had to call 10 times to book when we could get nowhere else . Its cheap bjut you can see why Aviod if you possibly can is my advise

We arrived in the dark. Finally got in the building, it was skunking and filthy, when i opened the room door. omg what a $#%^! hole walked straight out. Back to town now in premium inn wonderful. Do not book the indus is the name of the Guesthouse, which is within this closed pub. should be shut down. I would not let my dog stay there. Unfit for humans.

As I was taken to my room the person told me he upgraded me was happy until he opened the door was a bit shocked. I sat on the bed and it sank it was broken I went to find the man he looked and said they were fully booked had no other room I wasn't going to stay having looked around the room it was filthy. I went into the town and found another hotel.

Pictures are 14 years old. On arrival a Ring doorbell is answered you're unfortunately granted entry. Smelled horrendous, taken to your room through the old bar, dusty, dirty, dark, hole in the bed, would avoid at all costs. If you think 50 quid is a fair price you're very wrong. Sleep in the car.

Absolutely disgusting. The room, Bed sheets and towels were filthy. And under the bed was disgraceful.. Complained but they didn’t care. I didn’t stay the night. It was booked on ***********. I wouldn’t even leave my cows stay there.
