Admiral of the Humber Wetherspoon

Was waiting at the bar, an older woman with a top that had red hearts with black got served before me even tho I was at the bar before her. The bar maid went to serve me first then said to me that lady was before me. customer service has definitely gone out the window with admiral of Humber in hull. I will not be going in again

Just been in today sat having drinks with girlfriend I had to visit the men’s room on way back I was approached by a member of the staff and told I was banned I said why she replied you have said something inappropriate to a lady I said I have said nothing to any one I did ask to speak to the manager he said the member of staff had gone home I said look at the camera footage they released it was not me and said sorry but I was not happy with the response and he said you a banned and never come in again I was very upset missed my bus I went back in and asked him to pay for a taxi to get me home he said no by this time I was angry the manager and a member of staff leave the pub and never come back I have been mistreated by Witherspoons

Quite a few years, a lot in fact. tried again, what a delightful turn around The place looks to of spruced up. No sticky floors. Quick service. Seated ourselves, food arrived, no issues what's so ever, the three of us, really enjoyed our meals. A big thumbs ups, I'll be back!!
