Best Western Harpeth Inn

I booked this hotel based on its location, THEN saw the earlier reviews on Google. I did not experience the same poor conditions as others described. I found the room clean, bug free, and all items in good working order. The bed was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but given the price of the hotel, it was better than expected. The parking lot was well lit giving a sense of security. Overall, this hotel is a great value and well within reach of Nashville.

i do not recommend anyone staying at this dump.. we book for 4 days after the first night the breakfast was cold and stell and the rooms had mold and the bathroom door was broken, my other family rooms ,the hot water didnt work, and then the fridge started leaking gas in the room , call manager and he came and lied that he didnt smell anything,, we pack up ,got our money and left. we will never come back at this location,, becareful when booking at this location,, they are rude people.

The quality inn ,kingston springs is not good the management is not good .The rooms looking very dirty . and in weekends they are charging more than the nomal rate .She always hesitate if someone is taking breakfast

So it was clean and nice furniture. However, whenever we turned on the AC a lot of fruit flies came buzzing out. We checked the air filter and IT WAS CLEAN. That put my mind at ease. The pillows were small but very spacious with nice furniture. The young lady at the front desk was nice and breakfast was decent. However, when drinking an adult beverage I had to keep a cover over the lid because of the flies.

Sam checked me in the other night, provided great service, was able to get on the phone to further assist me with a past midnight check in. This evening, he allowed me to have a seat as I waited for my paycheck to process. He is a valuable asset to the brand, to customers who value hospitality, and is a caring individual.

Strangely the best value hotel out of the 3(micro,vacation lodge) of our vacation. About a 25 minute drive from Nashville, nothing exciting in the area and limited food. Pros - clean room, carpet looked new, large room, good water pressure and temperature, ac was fine. Cons - furniture was worn (tears in couch, dresser was damaged), Breakfast was limited and out of items, eating area was very small. Recommend to skip the breakfast unless your really hungry. The main reason this gets a 4 out of 5 was the size of the room and how comfortable it was. Refrigerator and microwave was a nice added item. Had an iron, surprised how many don’t
