This is a good hotel in a good location. It's bright and clean, well appointed and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with good bathrooms, good quality carpet and amenities. The dining room is open and bright, clean and spacious. The food was really good for a hotel, at reasonable pricing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful and there is an onsite taxi service. The driver will take you where you want to go and wait for you if you ask. It's very convenient. Close to a grocery and pharmacy and across the street from a great people's park.

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

From the moment of making our reservation, this hotel was very accommodative. Provided extra information on the Jamaica Carnival - thank you Farah! Monique was very professional in chec king us in. The ladies in the Housekeeping Department were very great & attentive to our needs. Paulette went above & beyond to ensure we had all we needed for a great trip! Kudos to all! Keep on striving for excellence!!!

Zuerst in einem Kingston Hotel (kommt für Unabhängigkeitsfeiern) und ich bin absolut verliebt. Sie werden bei der Einfahrt mit einem Auto begrüßt, das der gleiche Typ und Modell eines von James Bond geführt. Es ist ziemlich cool und der Außenbereich des Hotels ist wunderschön, so dass es nur zur Klasse hinzufügt. Jhonnele und Janelle am Frontdesk machten einen hektischen Eincheck mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Baby und 12 Taschen, eine Brise. Sie lachten und lachten bei meinen Witzen (Segen) und nahmen es mit Gnade an. Sie kamen auch einige Male innerhalb des zwei Nachtaufenthalts zu meiner Hilfe (Anleitung, Ersatz verlorener Schlüssel usw.). Das Frühstück am Morgen war wahrscheinlich einer der besten, die ich in einem jamaikaischen Hotel hatte. Owen, der auf dem Frühstückspersonal war, war aufmerksam und half meinem Mann und ich schütteln unsere übergroße Wanderer in eine Ecke. Er war über das Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war in Kingston sehr nahe und unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber. Es gab zwei Pools: Sky Pool (für Instagram) und Cabana Pool, das nur ein sehr schönes Pool war. Die Sky Bar und Pool waren wunderschön erleuchtet und machten die Hintergrundlage einiger großartiger Bilder in der Nacht. Auch ihr Personal war ziemlich nett. Miguel hatte die Freude, unsere Taschen aus unseren Zimmern zu nehmen. Er wird auch lachen und alle Linien in der Tasche Tetris gewinnen, während effizient Sie raus. Wenn ich jemals einen Ort in Kingston empfehlen muss, wäre es definitiv hier.

I would definitely recommend here. Great service all night, the food came really quick and not to mention the very good service from our server Jamar. The music was also great, good selection and not too loud to stop conversation. Overall great experience

Das Hotel war absolut fantastisch, das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr professionell. Mein Bruder hatte zwei 50-Pfund-Scheine vergessen, die unter dem Bett lagen. Das wussten wir nur, weil unsere Zimmermädchen sie beim Saubermachen unseres Zimmers gefunden hatten. Sie hatte das Geld mit einer Notiz auf dem Bett liegen lassen. Großen Respekt und ein großes Dankeschön an Monique, unser Zimmermädchen 🇯🇲 … Auch das Essen und der Service waren überragend, ein großes Lob an das Rok Hotel. Ich freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen.
