This hotel we stayed at one night May 12, and breakfast was very limited for selection. several days later I checked my credit card and found a $30 charge. Upon calling the hotel, the desk clerk said it was for 2 missing hand towels. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he had quit and when asked the reason it was said for people being charged for missing items, towels, etc. i was told to dispute this with my credit card, which i have promptly done. On Friday May 17, upon our return trip home I stopped at this hotel and asked to speak with manager. The two female employees said that there was no manager he had quit due to disputes over missing items. They also stated that 20 people had called to complain about being charged for missing towels or items from the room. The rooms are said to be cleaned by a husband-and-wife team who won't allow anyone else to help. Upon looking at the book, it was written several times where there were missing towels. The employees said the owner would not do anything to rectify this and we should file a dispute with our credit card company. Wyndam will be notified of this scam and travelers should avoid this hotel at all cost. Very poor was to run a business and treat people.

Ich konnte nicht zu Hause schlafen, also begann ich, um irgendwo relativ billig zu verbringen die Nacht. Ich fuhr ins Land und ritt in die Suiten, als meine Eltern dort vorher verblieben. Absolut nicht, der Kellner war auf ihrem Telefon, als ich dorthin kam - einer meiner eigenen Haustiere. Ich habe meinen Weg zu diesem Grundstück gemacht, und Robin am Frontbüro absolut machte meine Nacht. Typische Nachtrevisoren sind von jemandem angeregt, der etwas braucht - aber nicht Robin. Sie war auf die Aufgabe mit einem Lächeln und wunderbarer Energie. Sie bot mir den besten flexiblen Rate und eine späte Auscheck Komplimentar! Das ist genau das, was ich nach einer langen Woche auf meinem Frontdesk brauchte. Sie erinnerte mich, warum ich liebe, was ich tue! Das Zimmer war unerträglich sauber und komfortabel. Well managed clean hotel! Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean also! Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Outdoor swimming pool. Easy to get on and off the I-95. Great value for the money! Will definitely stay here again!

Ich fühlte mich sehr sicher und beunruhigte mich nicht über mein Auto. Die Lobby war einladend; Desk Clerk erklärte alles, was ich wissen musste. Mein Zimmer war ruhig, sehr sauber; zwei Doppelbetten - sehr komfortabel und die Kissen waren fluffy-3 auf jedem Bett! Frühstücksbuffet war 6 am bis 9:30....more als genug, um die hungrigsten Appetit zu befriedigen! Und der Zimmersatz war nur $80.00--included alle Steuern, etc. GREAT Wert!!
