Wer eine günstige, zentrale und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft zum Sigiriya Felsen sucht ist hier richtig. Die Anlage ist sehr tropisch angelegt mit Hängematten. Der eigene Infinitypool ist super zum relaxen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Wir hatten die Unterkunft mit Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und der Service ist ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam.

The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. The breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels, and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

The eighth wonder resort is a fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Sigiriya. It’s close to Sigiriya rock and Pidurangala. Dambulla is also very close as well as Sigiriya city where there are loads of places to eat and drink. You can also find plenty of places in the city which run safaris into the national parks. Therefore it is an ideal location, we ticked off so many activities and place in just a four day stay because the resort made a great hub. The hotel itself was also beautiful, the room was very clean and the pool was a nice touch at the end of a long day in the sun. The breakfast in the morning was very good, a mix of fruit and cooked food which always set us up well for the day. Mahinda and his wife were very accommodating, friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would strongly recommend to anyone who is visiting Sigiriya or the surrounding areas. James & Olivia

В номере есть вентилятор и кондиционер, вентилятор работает достаточно тихо и хорошо, кондиционер не потребовался. К сожалению в нашем номере очень сильно пахло сыростью, возможно от постельного белья. Шум от проезжающих авто, но с берушами нормально.

The patrons were attentive and exceptionally nice people. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped.The grounds were well cared for, lots of space. Swimming pool was clean and warm. Various forms of wildlife could be seen, great bird life and wonderful sounds. Breakfast was varied, lots of fruit and local food. Easy to get to Lion Rock and also local restaurants-needed a tuk-tuk, but that wasn’t a problem. Highly recommended.
