Very clean and comfortable accommodation and well located. Especially nice was the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers and kitchen - all polite and willing to go out of their way for you. Extra shout out to Shanna in the kitchen who went the extra mile to make our stay just a bit more enjoyable. Thanks 🙏

Carpet had holes with staples sticking up. Holes in furniture upholstery. Refrigerator looked like someone took a ballpein hammer to it. I had to get the key rekeyed at least twice a day. Just not the quality one would expect from a Marriott property.

Came for a wedding, and were told at check in that our reservation (which was made 3 months earlier) was bumped and there was nothing they could do. The GM, Yoira Rivera, was professional enough to just tell the front desk agent to bump us (not informing us prior to arriving). I feel for the front desk agent having to be the messenger, but this is completely unacceptable for a hotel to treat their guests, who use the Marriott chain as our hotel of choice. Having worked in the hotel industry, I can pretty much tell that we got bumped because we made our reservation using points, so when someone comes in offering to “pay” for their room, they will get priority. Extremely unprofessional and I will be taking this to corporate. Yoira Rivera, next time you choose to make your staff the messenger for YOUR decision to bump us, the least you can do is pick up your phone when they try to call you to rectify the situation. If I could give you zero stars I would…. It’s also unfortunate because we have stayed here several times before because we have family here. Shame

February 2023 This review is directed at the owners of the hotel. not the managment. Your charging for parking but dont have on site security. I do a lot of traveling for work and every hotel I have had to pay for parking, there was security. If I am paying for parking I expect my personal property to be secured. The other hotels in the area, with same amenities, are free . Management was awesome, everyone working there was friendly and ready to assist you. The hotel could use some repairs and upgrades. a little outdated. The gluten free muffins taste like cardboard, if you like gluten free then you should be fine.
