We were rather disappointed with our basement room looking onto a brick wall which I must say was overpriced at 160 euros. The bathroom was quite shocking - a piece of carpet was propped up to cover a large hole under the sink, the bathroom heating was an electric floor blow heater screwed to the wall with missing controls so we couldn’t turn it on this morning. The bathroom fan was very noisy like it was broken and came on with the light so had to be endured. In the bedroom the heating was via a storage heater, only on/off controls, thermostat not working. Thirty year old business not trying hard enough to deliver quality but charging for a better product. Won’t be back for sure.

This is a very welcoming B&B. The owner is very lovely and accommodating. The breakfast menu was very diverse and served right away. Our room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and we had a great view of the stream that runs alongside the property. We loved the shower! The B&B was very clean and we enjoyed our two night stay. This was the first of a few B&B's we stayed at and this B&B set the bar! We highly recommend this B&B located on a quiet street in bustling Killarney.

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s with my work, this B&B is Number 1 on my List, the room was perfect with an on suite, the breakfast was Fantastic each morning and Eileen the owner and her staff were very friendly and polite, I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

If I could have rated Crystal Springs a 7, I would have! 5 is just not enough. Everything was so amazing. We had a breakfast selection sheet waiting for us for the next day. The room was huge and so much attention to detail was placed in every room. Plus there was a river right behind the property and a summer house that you could sit in and listen to the water. We LOVED it!

We stayed in this BnB in Kilarney for 2 nights as part of our tour. The host is a lovely, kind and positive lady. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our family had 2 rooms for 2 nights and each of us experienced mattresses that were uncomfortable (reminiscent of cheap hotel mattresses). The location was in a residential area so required a ride into Kilarney and back which may be problematic for tourists without cars. Also, this BnB is showing the need for some TLC on the grounds despite being on a beautiful lot overlooking the river.

If you are going to stay in Killarney be sure to book this place. It's situated on the river and is beautifully in every way. Eileen is lovely and breakfast was very filling !! The room we were given was overlooking the river and beautifully decorated. It's about a mile walk into Killarney with lots of bars and restaurants and great access to the ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula

Eileen is the best hostess ever - so nice and kind. The room was so large it felt like an apartment. The property was lovely as it was situated on a nice river with places to sit outside and relax. The breakfast was fabulous and the location was good. I would highly recommend Crystal Springs B&B.

Nothing is too much trouble for this host. Rooms, breakfast and service are literally exceptional! We will most definitely be back. Plenty of lovely garden space also with extensive breakfast menu. Rooms are spacious and decorated to a high quality.

Eileen is an absolute treasure and could not have done anything more to make our stay here more enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing (highly recommend the porridge and lemon pancake) and the whole place is beautiful. I could not recommend any higher!
