A beautiful hotel, classy setting and furnishings. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Secure and supported throughout air raids. But what marked this hotel as exceptional was the staff - so kind, helpful, professional and supportive.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff showed a high level of professionalism and hospitality. I was greeted with a smile, escorted to my room and provided with all the necessary information support. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Opera Hotel is well located and has a truly terrific spa. The staff were friendly, the accommodations comfortable and the service was excellent. I especially recommend the spa; I received a couple of massages, got a great haircut and a manicure because the services are so high quality.

Amazing experience. The staff is warm, professional, tactful, systematically helpful, classy people. I’ve been a regular guest in this hotel for 5 years. An adorable place, with a beautiful architecture and Italian decoration. The food is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel offers many additional services, including a comfortable little spa with barber, hairdresser, massage, etc. The concierge will always help you with some little errands he will do for you.
