Exceptional hotel, one of the best I have stayed in the world. Rooms are beautifully equipped and they have thought of everything. This really is 5 star at its best, lovely staff that cater for everything, even gave me complimentary late check out until 7pm. Breakfast is a Michelin star experience, really looking forward to returning.

One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. Better than my experiences at Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible. After 10 days there, it felt like I was leaving family. The rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe. Housekeeping was flawless. The food is amazing. There were no interruptions with power, water, etc. And, all of this while the country is fighting an invasion. Well done to my new friends at 11 Mirrors.

Aside from excellent service pre-war 11 Mirrors continues to shine during the difficult times Ukraine. The staff is excellent and the breakfast remains one of the best. With power and internet, it is easy to be able to work as if the outside was not a reality. Truly a thank you to all from 11 Mirrors.

It is one of the best hotel in kyiv. You feel it from the moment that you get in. The reception the door man the workers every one giving you the best feeling that you are a vip client. They will try to solve any problem that you have. For me it is very good hotel.

Excellent hotel, very accommodating staff, restaurant good selection and atmosphere. Very clean and centrally located for easy access to local amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a very relaxing stay.

This is our hotel of choice in Kyiv, we always stay there. The service is impeccable, always helpful and you feel genuinely welcome. The restaurant on the top for has excellent views of Kyiv and also absolutely first class food.

As always, the check-in and reception are excellent. This is my fourth stay at 11 Mirrors. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I'm in Kyiv. The room and restaurant are inviting spaces. I look forward to my next visit!

Very uncomfortable. I was going to stay longer but left only after one night. The air quality in the room was very bad and I got very sick and ended up having a very bad flu. It took me 10 days to get back to normal.
