Das Intercontinental in Kiev versprüht seinen eigenen Charme. Ehrlicherweise mag ich normalerweise etwas moderne Hotels bezogen auf das Innendesign - hier jedoch passt das Design angenehm gut zur Atmosphäre. Außerdem erhält man wirklich Service auf Top-Niveau - auch wenn man dies bei dem Preis durchaus erwarten können sollte. Es ist nicht immer so. Aber angefangen beim schnellen und sehr freundlichen Check-In, über die Begleitung aufs Zimmer, die tolle Aussicht und das stets freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen bis hin zum angenehmen Check-out - hier stimmt mal einfach alles. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Kurzum, für einen Städtetrip nach Kiev ist dieses Hotel eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis, in die man auch Abends für einen Drink in der Roof-Top-Bar B-Hush gerne zurück kehrt.

Bestes Hotel in Kiew. Restaurant immer wieder ein Genuss!

Although we had visited Kyiv many times before, this was our first time at the Intercontinental. I must say that we liked everything about this hotel. Very professional staff and most pleasant. I was a little picky about my room and the front desk manager Nataliia was most accommodating. I rented a meeting room for a one day conference and received excellent assistance from Victoriia even with some last minute changes on my part. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service. We reserved club rooms and the club lounge was very good, both the food and the service. Breakfast was probably the best of any Intercontinental hotel we been to and we have stayed at many. Again the service at the breakfast was fantastic as well as the restaurant for lunch. I was very favourably impressed with the Intercontinental Kyiv and the hotel is very beautiful. Wedgwood dishes for the tea time at the club lounge was a most excellent touch. We enjoyed our 3 nights and wish to express our appreciation to the management as they did a great job in training the team members. As a Diamond Elite and Royal Ambassador with IHG I am grateful for our experience at this property.

The building architecture looks historic. The splendor of the decoration is good. However, unfortunately it did not satisfy me for the price I paid. I came to the brand. I deliberately chose this brand that I am a member of. But unfortunately this toe will prevent me from staying in Unter-Continental hotels anymore. I will look for another brand in the next country. I will definitely not choose an American brand. service is very bad. And there is also discrimination. Everyone works for tips. If you pay tip, they don't care about you. Even though I tipped them at the reception, they didn't care.

The stuff was unfriendly. Nobody smiled. When I came to the reception desk, the guy did not even raise the head. He was busy with his stuff. The Administrator called me and asked if I came to the forum. After my reply she just told “ok, go back to the reception”. So, I kept staying and waiting. After some minutes he finally looked at me and told me “Wait”. Without saying hello. Another guy came out and checked me in with a very weird question “How will you guarantee you will not use mini bar?” Are you kidding me? It’s a 5 star hotel. The mini bar was empty by the way. When my card did not work in half a day his response was “it’s your card it worked before”. But after seeing my reaction he fixed it. I also told him that the room was loud. The reply was “that’s because it faces the street”. Make conclusions yourself. The girl next day was very polite and kind.

I am seasoned traveller with a status that I would have stayed at Hilton or Marriott if not required to stay this hotel by my work. How glad I am that i stayed. This is a wonderful experience from the comfortable rooms to the excellent breakfast. The staff provides some of the best service I have seen anywhere in the world. It is located to some of the best restaurants in Kyiv. Overall ,this is one of the best experiences and now i am starting to be more open about IHG hotels.

This hotel was recommended by our Ukrainian business-partners; I understand why! Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Entire hotel lovely decorated for X-mas. Extensive breakfast-buffet. Probably this hotel is part of uppercut-part price-wise in Kiev, but it lives up to the expectations

The manageress was extremely polite and welcoming (don't read too much into that as pretty as she is). The staff are attentive and polite. Rooms are to a very high standard as it the bathroom. It probably only missed out on the five star Excellent as there is no milk (UHT or otherwise to go with the tea and coffee in the room) and no brown sugar. The black tea is also a little poor as English tea expectations go. Newspapers in the foyer would top the cake. An 'excellent' hotel with an 'excellent' price.....

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city with perfect service and breakfasts. I often reserve it to manage my business and receive my loves, Everything is perfect with great discretion, and listening to customers, I advise.

Hotel is a bit old, desperately needs modern design and features. Window in my room was blowing cold air and it was noisy. Overall quality was ju ok but not for a 5 star hotel.
