Family visit to Blenheim Palace,
We’ve stayed in many premier inns and this one is the best ever. The service and staff very helpful, room perfectly clean and warm the breakfast was absolutely fantastic plenty of choice

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Paulina went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable. The staff at this hotel made it one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Would 100% stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. The position of the hotel is great for visiting Blenheim palace and Oxford. Free parking is a winner and easy access to Oxford park and ride. Hotel did run out of toilet paper and the manager had to get some from Tesco!?;?; Otherwise I would recommend for the position and price.

Great value hotel. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Ample parking was a plus. Breakfast lived up to expectations with lots of options and the poached eggs, freshly cooked, were perfect. Well done chef! The bar was open until quite late and the staff in all areas were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for the second Christmas on the truck, overall everything is great, the staff are really warm and welcoming, it’s clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, for Christmas night it was quite busy, however again from the car parked inside the building to any of the rooms, the restaurant area at the bar, there is no telephone reception at all, yes there is free Wi-Fi but of course some people don’t have access to the Internet there are no telephones in the roomsand nowhere on the premises even the corners of the car park. Can you get telephone reception? This could be a safety issue. Also, I requested for my room to be clean the night before for the next day, and it wasn’t.

The experience with Beefeater was awful, the coffee machine not working, no staff to help, however one waitress who arrived was very rude and aggressive towards my party. Sticky tables, mess everywhere. Awaiting full refund. This experience ruined our weekend, resulting in us having to leave early.

I thought the room was pretty clean and comfortable. Car parking was great during my stay. It’s nice out the way hotel. However, I had to pay £5 extra each night to get upgraded to 8Mbps WiFi and that was absolutely unusable too. There was a fire alarm (false alarm) during my stay and there were some children running around the floor above me constantly so my sleep wasn’t great on any of the nights.

Stayed 1 night as visiting Blenheim Palace. Check in and room was fine. Clean and comfortable. We hadn't booked the restaurant but as it was a miserable wet evening, thought we would eat in. No tables were available but we were offered a takeaway. There was so many items on the menu that weren't available, as the order hadn't arrived, it was laughable! We didn't ask for a drink from the bar but having read the reviews, they also have run out of beer recently. Not an acceptable standard for a Premier Inn hotel and obviously not well managed! Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The bar had run out of ALL beer on tap. Apparently someone had forgotten to place the beer order and 'management' wouldn't pay for an emergency restock order! A partial restock occurred 2 days later. Not acceptable for a major hotel chain and suggests poor organisation at this hotel.
