"Es gilt als eines der besseren Hotels außerhalb von Dhaka, Bangladesch. Es ist etwas älter und wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht groß, aber recht sauber. Das Restaurant und der Imbiss im Erdgeschoss sind sehr gut; das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Service an der Rezeption ist mittelmäßig; ich habe telefonisch ein Tuk-Tuk bestellt, und die Fahrer kamen, um alles zu regeln, nachdem ich ausgestiegen war. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden!"

"Die Check-in-Beginn im Hotel war nicht das Beste .Jeder hatte bereits Zimmer und für uns mit meinem Freund gab es kein Zimmer . Da wir eine frühere Buchung im Rezeption hatten sie beschlossen, uns die Wohnung als Entschädigung für Verspätung zu geben . Es dauerte ein Dutzend Minuten, aber die Ausgleichszahlung übernahm unsere Erwartungen. Wir hatten zwei große Schlafzimmer mit voll ausgestatteten .Es gab auch eine Kehle mit Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Das große Badezimmer hatte eine separate und große Dusche und sogar ein Bad mit Hydromassage. Es gab auch eine ganze Reihe von kosmetischen Zubehör. Wir warten auf Abendessen im Restaurant, aber leider wieder im europäischen Stil. Es ist lecker und gut serviert, aber nicht ursprünglich. Dafür, am Frühstück hatten wir hier zweimal, waren alle glücklich. Es gab ein Selbstbedienungsbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl . Es gab " europäische " Lebensmittel , aber auch scharfer und original bengalischen Lebensmittel . Die Services auf den Etagen und im Restaurant sind groß und sehr schnell . Alles sehr sauber, so dass wir beide Nächte bequem ausruhen."

"The infrastructure and facilities of this hotel are good, but the main problem is staff training, professionalism, and consistency of service. At check-in, I clearly requested a quiet room. The receptionist confidently told me that the room assigned to me was very quiet and that I would not hear street noise. However, the room was facing the main street and was noisy. When I went back to the front desk, they changed my room to a quieter one. I appreciated the change, but I was surprised that the first room had been described so confidently as quiet. Either the staff did not know the room well, or they gave misleading information. Neither is professional. There was also a problem with the room door. My key card was not working properly, so I went to the front desk for help. The staff member behaved dismissively, almost as if I did not know how to open a hotel door. He came upstairs with a smirking attitude. In the end, it seemed there was indeed some issue with the door or handle. A professional response would have been to check the door politely instead of making the guest feel foolish. Cleanliness was another issue. On the first morning, I woke up sneezing badly. Although the room looked clean on the surface, I later found a large amount of dust under and behind the furniture, including around the refrigerator and drawers. These areas clearly had not been cleaned properly for some time. After I complained, it took around 45 minutes for someone to come and clean it, even though it was during the daytime. The coffee lounge service was also disappointing. On my first evening, around 7:30 or 8:00 p.m., I went there for a cappuccino, but no staff member was present. I waited for about 7–10 minutes before someone from reception came and asked what I wanted. After I ordered coffee, he disappeared, and another person came later. Eventually, I was told that the coffee staff member had gone to the washroom. By the time the person responsible for making coffee finally appeared, about 25 minutes had passed. This was not early morning or late night; it was normal evening service time. I left without having coffee. Breakfast service also showed a lack of basic hospitality training. For three consecutive mornings, the person making omelettes barely communicated with guests. He did not make eye contact, greet guests, or ask what kind of omelette they wanted. Guests had to place their order while he remained almost completely silent. He may be a nice person, but in the service industry, basic politeness and professionalism matter. Overall, this hotel has good facilities, but the guest experience falls short because of poor staff training, uneven service, slow response, and unprofessional behavior. Management should focus not only on the building and amenities, but also on how guests are treated."
