Good traditional hotel in the city centre. I paid for breakfast this time. Fine though everything a bit cold for my liking. Not sure l would bother again. My Superior room is lovely and big. TV channels for me from the UK are poor. I like this hotel and would stay again the swimming pool is great. The location is excellent.

Wir haben für 2 Nächte in einem Dreibettzimmer geblieben. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und eingerichtet wie ein Studio-Zimmer-Kondominium. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas weit von der Stadtstadt entfernt, aber es gibt mehrere gute und teure Restaurants in der Nähe, nur zu Fuß. Wifi in dem Zimmer war nicht stabil und ziemlich langsam. Sauberkeit ist ein Bereich für Verbesserungen, aber für jetzt noch akzeptabel. Personal war nett und freundlich wie erwartet. Es gibt eine komplimentäre Snackstation am Boden. Im Hotel war kostenfrei ein Parkplatz.

Im Zimmer wird es als sauber angesehen, aber im Aufzug ist es überhaupt nicht sauber.

The bed is comfortable, everything works, access and parking are good, rooms are very clean and well serviced by efficient, helpful and friendly staff. BUT . . . .Funky (though irrelevant) decor can never overcome basic problems with any establishment. There is no possible way this place deserves the high rating received. I was unfortunately forced to extend my stay so can write with some experience. First, the noise: the building has a U-shape design facing the street so it cleverly collects all the street noise and directs it into the front rooms, and what street noise. All night bikes and cars, even loud conversations exacerbated by a further design feature, the balconies, which require opening doors and therefore exclude the possibility of well-sealed windows. Then there is the white tiled floors which carry internal sounds nicely ensuring various knocks, loud TV and cleaning activity are clearly audible. Those same white tiles throughout also ensure plenty of reflected glare from sun and downlights as well. It all probably looked good in the plans! More importantly there is the kitchen, or rather lack of one. How a large modern hotel believes it can operate conveniently for guests without any kitchen or even dining area is a mystery. Again, worsened by the lack of reasonable equipment and utensils in the rooms - no sink, few cutlery/crockery pieces, no microwave which you would think a hotel without a kitchen would provide. Enquiring of desk staff what to do the answer was mostly of a shrugging nature. They didn't say eg that across the road was the hotel Le Cassia with a very pleasant dining area and breakfast for 150 baht. A walk around found some recompense in street food and a couple of fancy restaurants but they were a fair walk and not much good for breakfast. So location, also nah! To go anywhere you need a lengthy walk or a vehicle, and there isn't the ready availability of tuk-tuks or cabs as there is elsewhere. All-in-all this adds up to a pretty poor experience, despite any good points the hotel has, and it does have some as described. Value is just as available in other hotels without the drawbacks. The desk staff could be a little less sullen and more forthcoming also, and have some English - it is the hospitality industry after all. Most of this of course cannot be changed by management but more effort to overcome the problems would go a long way to improvement.

Overall the Romantic Hotel is presented very well, with the exception of its Location it is a little ways from the City center and Shops/Bars this is the only draw back.The Quality of the Hotel is very nice,the Rooms are first class and very thin ng is Spotless Overall we enjoyed ourvstay

Really modern and well appointed hotel. Probably the most modern in Khon Kaen. Restaurants are decent and not overly priced like other hotels in the area. I stay here because it’s new and there is probably the best gym in the city a 2 min walk from there called Mega Gym. The only issue I had was for a super modern hotel the rooms have old flat screens that are not HDMI compatible. Very strange to be honest as the older hotels in Khon Kaen all have smart TVs. This actually caused me to move during my 2 week stay in the city. Besides that very nice hotel and great staff.

Zimmer # 320 - Bewohnt nur für die Eine Nacht. Der Mann Rezeptionist hat eine tolle Arbeit mit einem frühen Eincheck gemacht. Das Zimmer und das Hotel ist älter stil. Übernachtung gab es ein wenig Korridor-Geräusch, abgesehen davon eine wirklich ruhige Nacht schlafen zu Morgen. Frühstück war Gut ...... Gute Auswahl an Hot Thai Foods ( und sehr Yummy ) plus Eggs gekocht wie Sie wollen. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet und die gesamte Frühstückserfahrung war Entspannend und sehr angenehm. Wir würden hier nochmal buchen und bleiben.

Ich bin auf dem Weg nach Hause, um die Familie meiner Frau in Kranuan zu besuchen. Ich brauche ein Bett in Khon Kaen 2 Nächte vor dem frühen Flug nach Perth Tmro Morgen. Hatte heute Morgen ein sehr fülltes Frühstück, nur über alles, was Sie brauchen, außer wenn Sie dumm Aussie wie ich, COFFEE, Getreide, Obstjoghurt Honig Frühstück ... So von 7 11 auf der Straße, habe ich das in der kleinen Zimmerkühlschrank gestaut. Snuff es ins Restaurant heute Morgen und half mir zum fantastischen Service des Personals und frische Früchte und Kaffee machte eine gute alte Mist haha. Noch einmal wirklich guter Service durch das Personal, das eine Lohnerhöhung erhalten sollte. Auch die Zimmerreinigung Lady war freundlich

Für den persönlichen Aufenthalt und den Übergang ist es angemessen, dass der Geschäftmann nicht Chinesisch und Englisch kennt und das Frühstück nicht empfohlen wird. Sie können etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Nähe 7-11 besser gehen. Der Warmwasserspeicher braucht den Geschäftmann, bevor er sich aufhält, um es zu benutzen, und es ist nicht nach den Anweisungen zu verwenden. Wenn die Familie nicht zu Fuß gehen kann, würde ich das nicht wählen.
