Der Willkommen war warm, die Zimmer waren komfortabel und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Fitnessraum, der Schwimmbad und der schönen Garten wurden zu einem wirklich entspannenden Erlebnis hinzugefügt. Ein besonderer Dank an Deepshika und Jay für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und hervorragende Service während unseres Aufenthalts. Ihre Pflege und Professionalität machten unser Besuch erinnerebar. Sehr empfohlen, und wir freuen uns auf einen Besuch nochmal!"

"I just came back from a one night stay at Palm Greens Club and am writing a review as the first thing. We were 11 adults and 2 kids who stayed in their rooms 301, 302, 303, 305, and 306. When I typically write reviews for a place, I try to include both pros and cons for a place but unfortunately, there aren't too many pros to be mentioned and I want to focus on the issues so that others benefit from this review. So here is the list: - Right from the entry, the property is undergoing some renovation so major places are under construction. Even the main entrance - After we checked in and were taken to our rooms, the first thing we noticed was that the rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. When we asked for a mosquito repellent, the housekeeping service told us they just have the machines with no refills and offered to give us an incense stick instead. You can't use an incense stick in a closed AC room. - The next issue was the washrooms, 3 out of the 5 rooms we had gotten had issues with the flush in the washroom. They weren't just working. In a span of one night stay, we had to ask for a plumber 4 times. Eventually, the plumber ended up changing parts of the flush system and guess what, by the time we left, even that stopped working - One of the rooms had dirty stained bedsheets and duvet. We had to get that changed immediately - In terms of the amenities, the staff failed miserably to let us know about their wave pool and fountain show timings. We only ended up knowing about it because we were on our way to the restaurant - About the restaurant: I am disappointed to say that it was severely understaffed. There was absolute chaos. Most of the table cloths and chairs were stained and not clean. When the restaurant manager came to us asking for a review, we clearly told him that this is not the service we expected. - 5 of us preferred a Jain food and we had to always struggle to get anything prepared on time. - We couldn't even find the indoor games even though there were clear signs all over the property. When we went to the reception to ask where exactly are the indoor games, they just told us to follow the signs (which we had obviously done) - Talking about the water rides, none of the water slides were functioning properly. We had to manually push ourselves down when we got stuck midway. Half of the slides were not even working and the pool water was very dirty with leaves and other cleanliness issues"
