The place is right on the main road close to all the visiting spots. Our check in was smooth and the suite had big rooms but were not very clean. The bed sheet had stains on them, however on informing the staff they changed it. The blanket also provided in a double room was for a single person but the staff provided additional blankets on request. The food was good in taste, however the manager needs to have a customer centric focus which was missing. He charged us ₹500 to switch on the airconditioner while having our lunch since the restaurant does not have any air-conditioning.

While there is no restaurant on premises, they recommend a very good restaurant (labbooz) for lunch and a homely banke bihari for dinner (the dal bafla there is highlight.
