Khammam is a relatively small town and we were not expecting a great deal. But when it took a while for hot water to flow and the phone did not work we were underwhelmed. The food was excellent and the staff were polite and did their best to help.

I stayed in grand gayatri for a day with my wife. The ambiance at hotel was good, staff were alert and helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious. The mini bar had adequate supply and toiletries were sufficient. Room service was prompt. They have not provided a locker in the wardrobe. Also i missed to note tissue papers. Between 4-7 pm, no snacks were available in restraint. The overall experience was good.

The hotel is located centrally in a busy area but was marked wrongly on google maps. It has a dedicated parking. The Check in was uneventful. The keycards to the room didn't work properly. The rooms were furnished well, but maintenance seemed to be bad. The linens were not clean and they were some other guest artefacts lying in the toilet. The TV also didn't have many channels subscribed. They also have some pretty absurd rules that you cannot bring your own drinking water into the hotel.

Good Hotel , Cleaning is Good, There is no Food in this Hotel , Staff is Good. Very near to Templete and good , Those who are going here, choose this one, There is street food near to this Hotel and they are good. Staff is good, But check-ins timings are differet here.

GGastnutzerThe location is very close to the temple premises and is at a walkable distance. The service and rooms are excellent and are also very reasonably priced. Though they don't have a restaurant in their premises, they buy it from outside and supply it as and when we ask them. Very good service by all the staff and the premises are also maintained in a neat and hygienic manner.

GGastnutzerWe stay here every time we visit badhrachalam. The place is very clean and neatly maintained, good for families. It's located very close to the temple, 2 mins walking distance. Hence a very comfortable stay. Staff are very nice, kind people.
