I was really disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The service was late and the food was coolen. I had to wait for an hour to check in, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The worst part was the breakfast. They served me cold eggs and bacon, and the coffee was watery. I felt sick after eating it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This lack of response from the hotel staff was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of my stay. In conclusion, the Budget Hotel in Khammam provides a decent stay at an affordable price. While the central AC and breakfast buffet are noteworthy, improvements in blanket quality and better management of disruptive incidents would elevate the guest experience.

Though they don't have a restaurant in their premises, they buy it from outside and supply it as and when we ask them. Very good service by all the staff and the premises are also maintained in a neat and hygienic manner.
