I was attending a family wedding to be held mid mountain on Arapaho mountain and the hotel was excellent location. Staff pleasant, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Room clean, comfortable bed, breakfast had many choices on their buffet.

My goodness, where do I start. Well, let’s start with what happened. My husband and I checked in on July 2, 2024, as we had driven from Oklahoma (elevation 700) to Keystone Resort and Spa (elevation 9,000+). We made the mistake of not acclimating our bodies to the higher elevation, and (with my severe heart condition) I was in dire need of medical attention and Nini Koch (the hotel representation) recognized the severity, called for medical care, took charge and stayed on top of everything from the moment she recognized my crisis, until she took it upon herself to contact Priceline to ask for a refund (due to a medical crisis) on a non-refundable reservation, then helped us find another hotel and area (lower elevation) even though her hotel lost our business. She continued to check on me, even this morning )July 4th, to make sure I was ok and to tell me that everything was a “go” with the refund. This my friends is “true” customer service, an art that has since faded throughout the hospitality industry, it is alive and well at the Keystone Resort and Spa, and in the hearts and minds of Nini and her staff/co-workers. I would highly recommend this facility, as the room was great, the food fabulous (even though we only stayed one night) and the customer service is “best of class”. As an old hotel person and also an ex oil executive I have travelled the world, stayed at many a hotel and resort, and can honestly state that the commitment to great service and taking care of their customers is “top of mind” at Keystone Resort and Spa, and I cannot thank Nini Koch enough for going “above and beyond” the call of duty! Thank you, Nini and the entire staff at the resort

Mutter einer 12-yr Alt ... brauche ich noch mehr zu sagen? 😄 Ja, ich werde, weil für jede Eltern- oder Wächterin, die eine Skierfahrung zu erstellen suchen, die bequeme Pause, heiße Kakao-Infusionen und die ganze Schicht/Entfernung von Skigeräten erleichtern, ist der Aufenthalt im River Run Village das Beste Ich und meine Tochter gingen auf eine zweitägige Skifahrt und blieben bei Silver Mill 8307. Wir hatten jeweils unser eigenes Schlafzimmer, plus als Mutter nahm ich das mit dem eigenem Bad. Wir brachten unsere eigenen Gemüse, die alle in den vollen Kühlschrank passen, plus die Küche hat alle Geräte, die Sie jedes Essen zu machen brauchen, wenn Sie so wählen. Aber lassen Sie mich Ihnen über die Skiausstattung erzählen, denn das ist der beste Teil. Wir konnten alle unsere Ausrüstung - Helme, Boots, Ski, Pollen, Guggles - in unserem zugewiesenen Schrank auf dem ersten Stock lagern. Also nehmen wir unsere Skikleidung, nehmen wir den Aufzug in die Lobby, nehmen wir den Kopf in den Schließzimmer direkt da, nehmen wir unsere Geschirr und stellen sie alle auf (minus Ski, natürlich) durch die Wärme eines Feuers. Dann gingen wir im Grunde die nächste Tür und in drei Minuten sind wir auf der Gondola. Zurück zum Kondo für Mittagessen und am Ende des Tages war genauso einfach. Warum ist das auch für mich und für Sie großartig? Minimal grummeln aus dem Zwein! Skifahren nimmt eine anständige Menge an Anstrengungen, um nur die Aufzüge zu erreichen, und die Motivation meines Kindes auf akzeptablen Niveaus für das, was ziemlich teuer wird, ist, warum das Aufenthalt im River Run Village ist wert IT.
