"The stuff were friendly and polite, and explained all the details when we arrived. The room was tidy and had a massive TV. The place is about 20 mins from Bath and probably 10-15 from Bristol (I didnt go that way). It is about 1km walk (Downhill) to the train station, and is on the main road so 2 mins to bus stops for around the area. There is a Hungry Horse pub within 2 minutes walk. All in all the place was nice place to stay and the breakfast (included) was very tasty. Just of note, this place is right next to the A36 which is a very busy road, and our room was looking onto this road, even with the windows shut the traffic noise was loud, so if I stayed here again I would request a room at the rear if possible"

"We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time."
