Travelodge Kettering Thrapston ★★★

"Arrived at this travelodge on the Saturday and was greeted by some lovely staff. They were friendly and helpful. Got to room and wasn't blown away. It was Ok, very basic. had everything that was needed, but didn't have the wow factor. nice and cool on entry as windows were open and fan was on. Only problem i could see with the room was the toilet - it was so close to the wall that the toilet roll holder was in the way when using it. woke up Sunday morning at 6am to the sound of sports cars and motorbikes in the car park, revving their engines. I assumed they were meeting for some event. My room face4d the car park. As if this wasnt bad enough, the linen truck arrived at 7am, clattering around and the beep on their reverse function was uncalled for at such an early time. I would personally ask for a room at the back of the building."
