Location was very convenient and very friendly staff

Possibly the worst caravan park to pitch your tent, uneven dusty sites, shoved in between cabins, with no privacy at all. Sites are nothing like the images on the website. Not a park to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Had to pay in full up front, which is not usual practice, with an overly strict cancellation policy. Booked for 2 nights, arrived late afternoon and were gone by 8am next morning. So surprised they are affliated with the Big 4 group. Do yourself a favour and stay at Cape Patterson instead.

Stay Away Pitty no option for zero star rating! Last place on our 3 week trip was halted right before the long weekend, we booked almost 9 months ago with agreed sites next to each other only to find out sites had been moved 1 on each side of the map, we were offered 2 other sites but after walking to view 1 site had a permanent van on it, clearly staff understand this site! After telling them site unacceptable we requested a refund although 1 deposit was refunded the full payment that they took from us apparently could not be refunded for 10 days. There was no communication from this park only to pay for the trip nothing to discuss any change or alterations to our booking. Happy to take money but not to return it. We were 5 hours away from home lucky Big 4 Ingenia in Phillip Island were happy to make room for a desperate family as long week end in Gippsland forget it trying to book. (Big 4 remove this park from your perk just a suggestion) We have to still cut trip short due to this totally misfortune of a park. Can’t believe so many good reviews.

Lovely location . Walking distance to the town centre. Quiet surroundings and private front porch with 2 chairs and table. Receptionist was a sweetheart. Great customer service. We took our large dog with us. Was a tight squeeze but that's what you'll get when you book a pod. A few issues were. Freezer did not work. All our ice cream melted. Limited space . Could only access the bed from one side. Bed was extremely soft which left achey backs. Could only stay for 2 nights instead of 3 . This may be somebody else's ideal bed though. Issue with ants in the area. Do not leave food lying around. They started to come inside . Mainly to the bathroom.

Stayed in the new pods which are compact but clean and well equipped with a parking space for each one. The site seems clean and a mix of permanent residents caravanners and those passing through, would happily stay again. No WiFi but walking distance to shops and towns. Tree surgeons starting work at 730am above our pods a bit annoying.

Booked in for 2 nights, stayed one. Very tight site for a 20' van. Not a blade of grass to be seen. Thankfully it didn't rain otherwise it would be mud. Our clean car was covered in bird droppings next morning, which took an hour to wash off. I haven't checked the roof of the van yet. There was nowhere else to park the car for the next night so we left unannounced. Not worth the $40/night, not recommended.
