Big and nice hotel near the bus terminal and the airport. It has replicas of Achaemenid inscriptions in the hallway area. The room is clean and the bed is comfy to sleep on. Airconditioner works well and hot water is always available. Breakfast was not so good because I can't scoop the foods by myself but had to ask the restaurant clerks to pick up what I want to have and they put the requested food on the dishes, where I couldn't adjust the portion by myself. And the taste was also blunt or too salty, and had too much egg stuffs but less meat choices. For going to the city centre it is too far and need to get on the bus.

Modern. Standard. Big.friendly.good position hotel best one in kermansh. Arrived a day before great area for parking also has parking inside. All needed for Standard room it has .nearly big room .and bathroom with hair dryer .it has 3 fast elevator.the break fast was great in 6 floor. The only negative noticeable problem was cook chef very very bad taste and bad flavour food it has

The hotel located at the quiet place, easy access to all historical places. The rooms are fine, clean, tidy and comfortable The reception is really nice and helpful The higher floor has a great view Breakfast is included and quality is acceptable

First of all, I measure them on their 5* claim and the “Suite Royal”. Positive: nice view over the city and that we get our money back for the two nights we didn’t want to stay longer. Neutral: breakfast buffet- but by far not 5* Hotel standard. Negative: As we arrived with our taxi right at the former red, now grey carpet, no one appeared to help with the heavy luggage. Nobody was visible so after 2min. I carried the stuff by my self. Entering the lobby a young guy showed me with his finger a place: „you can put there“. Not even asking to help. - The Hotel is surrounded by construction sites and a noisy highway. Our room was in the state of slow disintegration. balcony was locked ( due to security issues they said- I think because of cleaning). The Suite wasn’t clean: in the living room were crumbs of rice cookies, on one toilet staines of urine although there was a band claiming “disinfected” and because the furniture was completely out of dark wood imitation, you could see the remains of the last 20 guests: greasy fingerprints, sticky rings from tea glasses and a crooked lamp.
