"This hotel is the best hotel in Bagan Serai, Perak even this area doesn't have many hotels. Room facility is not too bad. Very comfortable. Well air-conditioning. However, water is not hot at shower room, they don't provide instant black coffee but they provided white coffe and milk tea (Teh tarik) each, there is only one plug on table working for charging and using kettle."

"Aircond temperature remote no function, bath tub shower switch are broken, wifi unstable. Breakfast delicous,nice view. The rest is good."

"Sehr schönes Hotel für den Aufenthalt. In Taiping. Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe der aeon Mall und Lotus Mall. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und schön. Wird wieder aufhalten"

"Die Junior Suite reserviert, aber es war nur ein geräumiges Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Punkt zu bezahlen. Familienzimmer wäre nur um die gleiche. Keine Ausstattung. Nicht einmal ein Kettler oder Haartrockner. Wasserdispenser auf Zimmerebene. Ganz sauber, obwohl die Bettwäsche Farben und Tränen hatten. Für einen 3-night Aufenthalt, wurde Hausaufbewahrung nur einmal gemacht. Sehr grundlegende. Für zusätzliche Pilze musste bezahlt werden."

"I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s near to a lot of places and it’s convenient for me to travel from one place to another. There are free parking spots for guests. Those who use EV transports, the hotel has the charging section. Next, the lobby looks modern and you can get free coffee too. I love their mocha! I drank that for a few times 😂 They also have water dispenser next to the coffee machine, so you can just fill up your bottles. If you would like to buy anything, the supermarket is just next to the hotel. There are trolleys and elevator provided. Iron are provided at the aisle. If I’m not mistaken there were 4 irons on one level, should be enough for everyone. The room is spacious. Mattress and pillows are super comfy. Fridge and safety box are provided too. Water pressure is great. I think they install 2HP aircond in the room and you would be more than fine with that. The 2 things that they are lack off would be the internet connection and the TV channels. Internet line might be less stable but nothing can be done as the internet provider has issues with that area. Overall, I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to comeback soon. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality. They are friendly and very helpful."

"Hotel bersih walaupun nampak lama. Bilik besar dan selesa. Lift pun ada sesuai untuk bawa keluarga. Staff pula tak terlalu freindly. Paking pun okay la jugak banyakk"

"Ich blieb hier 3 Nächte für den Outstation. Die Eincheckung war schaumlos mit RM100 Cash-Deposit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber mit kleinem Kühlschrank. Eisenbahnstation auf jeder Ebene. Die Lage war großartig mit Family Mart, KK Mart, KFC, Al-Ikhsan im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr nahe zu fast alles! Ich kann meinen Kurs im Laufe des Tages genießen und direkt nach dem Fitnessraum gehen, ohne weit zu reisen. Viele Mahlzeiten in der Nähe auch. Das Hotel hat auch ein anständiges Frühstück, nicht zu lavisch, aber genug. Parkplätze sind überhaupt keine Frage. Es hat einen Schwimmbad am Dachboden, aber ich habe nicht Zeit dafür, aber es war schön. Ich würde sicherlich in Zukunft wieder buchen."
