"1. 酒店乾淨衞生 服務態度好 遊客很多房間基本都被訂滿了 一樓有些潮濕 樓上好一些 2. 攜程刊登的是虛假訊息，標註有廚房，可酒店所有房型均沒有，且酒店經理也向我們展示了他們刊登的情況，不清楚攜程為何亂誘導。所以從螃蟹市場買回來的海鮮無法加工，非常坑人. 3. 攜程房型不同價位實際上和酒店核實了是同一個房間，面積房型均相同，一個顯示是3人早餐，一個顯示的2人，我的訂單是3人，可實際上衹有2人且酒店也從來沒有3人早餐的訊息。 4. 因攜程刊登的虛假訊息 入住不便 衹能提前退房一天 攜程聲稱不可退房，酒店不同意，可我當時就在前台，酒店完全同意，且並未收到訂單款項所以錢是攜程扣着，和酒店無關。最終經反饋同意退費並聲稱象徵性的退36元紅包作為補償，尚未收到。"

"2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped. Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle. Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge. To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts. Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one."

"I recently visited Vakara Kep with a group of friends for a weekend trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the room's setup. The location of the hotel is just perfect—beautiful views and close to everything you’d want to explore in Kep. One of the best parts is its proximity to Kep National Park—I even went for a run there, and the trails were incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Whether we were enjoying a peaceful morning or winding down after a day of adventures, the view never got old. The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, Vakara Kep offered a memorable stay with excellent service, stunning views, and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway, with the added bonus of being so close to the beauty of Kep National Park!"

"Peaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom."

"Hôtel très agréable et bien situé. La piscine est très agréable, bon petit dej, resto à la carte limitée mais délicieux et le parc est beau. Le personnel est aussi serviable qu’efficace, c’est un vrai plaisir de venir ! Les salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement, c’est parfois un peu vétuste (ça ne nous empêchera pas de revenir, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent)"

"Das Hotel wird von Franzosen geführt, hat chinesischen Service und ist sehr enthusiastisch. Die Hotelumgebung ist sauber und ordentlich, die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist perfekt, elegant und nicht verloren, und der Service ist aufmerksam, so dass sich die Leute sehr wohl fühlen. Überall bin ich so hart, heute ist 30, und ich werde uns ein paar chinesische Gäste bescheren, um das chinesische Neujahr zu feiern. Der Preis ist auch sehr angemessen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Baima reise, werde ich in diesem Hotel übernachten."
