Really disappointed in this place. I requested an accessible room and did not receive one. Also, upon arrival they tried to say that no rooms were available on the first floor and only on the second floor knowing that we cannot access the second floor. After a while, they finally “found” A room on the first floor. After we finally get settled in after checking in so late, someone from the front office comes banging and screaming at the door and once we call back to them through the door we realize that it was staff however that motel itself was pretty sketchy so we didn’t know who it was and they did not say out right that they were staff so we did not open the door. They proceeded to tell us that we did not belong in that room that that room was supposed to be empty and whoever from the previous shift had not notated that they had put us in that room. Then, in the morning the exact same thing happened with a different staff member. We were fed up at this point! We paid for the room and we just deserved are privacy and to not be threatened with getting kicked out just because they did not do good book keeping. They never apologize and the room was not fully clean and did not have any toiletries such as toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. I wish they took their jobs more seriously. Otherwise, they will keep getting reviews like this one.
