Das schlimmste und schmutzigste Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe. Nette Gürtel und Gürtel gedreht, Badboden schmutzig, Betten unstabil nur die Hölle!! Das einzige gute Sache war Alan in der Bar und der Rezeptionist. Es riecht, so viele Obdachlose wie auch, dass sie eingehen.

Buch dieses Hotel während einer Geschäftsreise nach Aberdeen und üblicherweise wie die Village Hotel-Marke. Das Hotel selbst ist ein modernes Dorfstil-Hotel. Wir kamen am Sonntag Abend spät an und die erste Erfahrung mit einem Mitarbeiter am Rezeption war nicht groß und eine wirklich abrupte check-in. Es wurde ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, 123. Das Zimmer selbst war schön dekoriert und perfekt geeignet. Die Frage kam am nächsten Morgen um 5:30 Uhr, als in dem Zimmer unglaublich lauten Bangs und Lärm gehört wurden. Ich dachte, es würde nur noch ein Gast über mich aufstehen, aber diese Lärme setzten weiter und stieg lauter. Dann sah ich einige Bewertungen und merkte, dass ich direkt über dem Fitnessraum war und mehrere Gäste die gleiche Unglück hatten. Die Sicht vom Fenster war auch nicht vorhanden und sah direkt auf einem kleinen Grabfläche und dann eine andere Wand. Schwere Aussicht auf Aberdeen. Das gleiche Personal war auf der Rezeption zu einem sehr unpologenen Gespräch über den Umzug des Zimmers für meine letzte Nacht führte. Es wurde empfohlen, zu sortieren, wenn ich am Abend zurückkam. Glücklicherweise wurde ein anderes Personal am Abend und das Zimmer wurde in ein Zimmer im 4. Stock umgewandelt. Dankeschön gab es jetzt einen Blick, wenn Sie das riesige Fitnesstach ausnehmen. Hoffentlich kein Lärm, ich setzte mich zurück, aber dann wachte ich um 6 Uhr und war noch da, um die Pumpenmusik und das offensichtliche Klang eines Fitnessschulers zu hören - vom 4. Stock. Ich hatte mein Fenster für frische Luft geöffnet, aber auch so - ich war 4 Stockwerke hoch! Vielleicht ist es eine Frage für alle Zimmer, die sich dem Fitnesstach gegenüber sehen, nicht sicher, ob die Zimmer auf der anderen Seite noch besser? Denken Sie nicht, ich werde wieder bleiben!

First visit for us . 20mins wait for drinks.no steak available.potato skin starter was wrong, put back when returned they had only scraped the topping off and added the correct one and clearly reheated in a micro. One main meal didn’t arrive with others. A side of garlic bread came again heated in micro returned it and got replaced nearly after main course was finished. No Red Malbec Wine. No hurry to clear empty classes. Another table had been told that there was no pizza left! Also a table with young family when left there was food on floor and when it was set up for another 4 people the floor had not be swept. Asked to speak to the manager at end of night and he did not come near us! We had gone through to the public bar and the manager was going about there and he still did not approach us. Quality of the food was generally good but the above things I have mentioned let it down big time. Not sure if we will be back

The whole atmosphere was relaxing and the rooms were fantastic. Great friendly staff, great food. The beds were super comfy and those pillows were so comfy. I asked the staff where I could buy them from unfortunately he didn’t know it that’s okay. Would defiantly come back again. Thanks for making the whole trip relaxing Lynn craig
