Good service ! Staff are very friendly and helpful. We went on Christmas Eve and most of restaurant are closed, the staff help us to find out the available options.
The restaurant service to get the dinner from order to table took 2 hours and ended up to wrong delivery. No discount etc. got to balance the extremerly slow / wrong service. Been using the hotel for over 20 y as a part of the way to lapland. Have to find a better options on the way. Nobody seems to lead the restaurant service.

The service in the reception was excellent. I sent an e-mail and got the answear very soon and it was friendly and polite. With check-in the receptionist’s smile was nice, it seemed she enjoyed her work.

This is an amazing place for families. Our room was safe for our toddler. There was a playing room near the breakfast area. Breakfast is great as everywhere in Scandic. Swimming pool is the best addition to the sauna.

The location and sleep quality were very good, a few areas could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. The service and cleanliness were satisfactory but did not stand out as exceptional. The room quality was average, meeting basic expectations but lacking the extra comfort or amenities that would have made the stay more memorable. One significant area for improvement is the breakfast. While it was decent, offering more variety and introducing unique options could make it more enjoyable for guests with diverse preferences. Lastly, considering the overall value for money, I found it lacking compared to similar accommodations. Enhancements to both the facilities and guest offerings could better justify the price point.

Don't go there, inair is awful, very expencive choice, they have to renew place overall. Iwas sleep there few time at year for many years. Only get worst this place.

Old hotel and it can be seen. Clean room but mole in thw shower and sewer ordour. Room was hot because the was no aircondition. Breakfest was ok but this is the only thing that was good. If you want quality, this is not your place to be. This place needs renovation.

Scandic is usually a good choice for an easy one night stay in a standard hotel, but not this time. On arrival lobby is packed with people and there is only one person working at the front desk. A group has problems with their reservation and the other customers end up waiting more than half an hour for check in. I finally get a room. The room has a bad smell and is awfully hot. ( It is winter and minus degrees outside), no way to adjust the temperature. I chose the hotel for the possibility to charge my car, I did not even find the charger but the app showed there was only 2 outlets and both in use, so my morning started with a trip to the nearest charging station.

This a cosy hotel in middle of Kemi. The service staff, reception staff and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I am giving an extra star just because of the humane touch they have provided to whole vacation. They are super knowledgeable about the place, gives solid advice and support at any time of the day. I would anyday recommend this hotel
