Upon checking in about 10:00 pm, I was asked for my credit card. I handed it to the receptionist whom then confirmed hed put the charge of room plus deposit on the card. I advised it was prepaid via trip advisor, but he insisted on charging the card. It was late in the evening so I let it be. Then I found out I had to roll the trolly outside around half the hotel in the cold wind and up a ramp to get to my room. It would’ve been a great help if he would’ve offered to help me pull the trolly up 3 stairs directly behind reception so that I could get to the same room
approx 4 doors down the hallway.
Pool was under construction. I needn’t say more.
I receive a call in my room from desertion asking me to go back to reception as they made a mistake in charging my card and needed to reimburse the room rate. I needn’t say more.
