Hotel Bestseller

The hotel 4star category was an absolute disappointment. I spent 5 days here on a business trip and was accommodated in a single room that was disturbingly small and shockingly unequipped. There was no desk and no chair either, so I had nowhere to put my laptop and I had to sit on the bed to work (again, this is in a 4star hotel...). There is no minibar and no telephone in the room, so you have to go down to the reception with any inquery. Throughout the business week Monday-Friday no housekeeping came to the room, the bed was not made, there was no cleaning, etc. This hotel room does not meet many of the criteria for a 4star hotel. I regret my stay and I will inform my business partners to avoid this property. What a shame that they do not even care to ask for feedback during the stay or at least at the checkout.

Good place The staff is very kind. The standard room is small . But the apartment is very good . Well equipped , spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is poor. They have jacuzzi and sauna , which is open until 22:00 pm , however not heated after 21:00
