The hotel itself was really nice but the service was not so good! They didnt clean the bathroom, refill the coffee, or take out the trash. I had to put the garbage outside the door and call the front desk to ask them to take it out. Also be sure you get your reservation in writing!! Especially if you travel with a dog make sure you can prove the reservation in writing !! They almost didnt let us check in until we were able to show proof in writing. Some of the staff gave us dirty looks and treated us like we did something wrong by taking our dog with us. The facility is the only reason why i gave them three stars instead of 2 or 1.

This hotel is outside the city and has a gokart track. A bit expensive to use the karts. Parking is easy and free in front of the hotel. The receptionist was kind and the only one who spoke English. The aircondition worked at the room, but it was too low for a warm day (40c). All other public areas inside the hotel was very hot. The bathroom door had a glass were everyone in the room could watch you taking a bath or going to the toilet. We booked a room for 4, but one of the beds was a very narrow sofa bed. Not comfortable for 2, even if they ar children. Room space was ok. There is also a small fridge. The breakfast was poor for this kind of hotel. At 8:30 it was already empty of foods. Restaurant was ok, the meals were good. Pizza is very nice, but waiters doesn't speak English.

Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein Paar. Der Wellnessbereich war sauber und hatte alles, was ich brauchte: Laufband, Sauna, Schwimmbad und Whirlpool. Das Personal sprach Englisch. Das Frühstück bestand aus guten warmen und kalten Speisen. Ausgezeichnete Lage im Herzen von Kecskemét. Generell sieht das Hotel etwas veraltet aus, aber das stört mich nicht. Der einzige Punkt, den ich anmerken möchte, ist, dass Sie, wenn Sie beim Lösen des Zauberwürfels ein Getränk anbieten, es auch honorieren sollten, wenn er gelöst ist.
