Holiday Inn - Trabzon-East, an IHG Hotel

Отличный сетевой отель подойдёт для тех, кто путешествует на автомобиле, так как находится в пригороде Трабзона. Понравились завтраки, ежедневная уборка и соотношение цены и качества.

Отличный персонал. Девушка с почти русским именем Nadia угостила кофе при заселении. Очень дружелюбный персонал. По запросу принесли сухие салфетки и больше влажных. Отель возле дороги, я попросил номер на другую сторону и там было достаточно тихо. Если бы сразу знал, что все в городе посмотреть можно за несколько часов, остался бы здесь, а не снимал в центре следующий отель.

Harika bir otel. Otelin müdürleri, otelin çaliçanlar kibarlar, sicakkanlilar ,samimiler,ilgililer ve güler yüzlüler. Ozellikle yemekleri çok lezzetli. Konumu çok iyi. Temizligi mükemmel. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissettiriyorlar. Her zaman gelinebilecek harika bir otel.

不是很好的酒店

If there was an option to give zero star, we would have done that, because this hotel needs only zero! We traveled to Trabzon for our honeymoon for just one night (13.04.2025) and unfortunately we chose Holiday Inn, even one night was a very long stay in this hotel, upon arrival when we received our room (419), the room had a terrible smell of cigarettes and the room was non-smoking, when informed them, they said all the floors are same, one side of the hallway is smoking rooms and the other side is non-smoking, so you can smell the smoke anyway whether you are staying in a non-smoking room or a smoking room. They took us to 3 more rooms, and all had the same issue or the bed was two single that they pushed next to each other to make a king-size bed out of it!! We asked them higher floor, they said 5th floor was fully booked and 6th floor is all suites and you cant go!! so they took us down to 2nd floor which was a non-smoking floor and our nightmare started. They didn't even bother themselves to inform us upon receiving the room that there is a club/bar down the hotel and it can be noisy in the evening. We had very loud music in our room (212) because of the Bar on the ground floor, when we called the receptionist, he told us I already helped you and tried to give you on the 4th floor and you didn't want so there is nothing I can do, just tolerate the music until 12midnight they will finish soon, what kind of answer is that to your guest???? after twice calling the receptionist Finally they moved us to another floor and guess which floor? Of course 5th floor that was fully booked only 2hrs ago!! I mean how is that even possible??the lady who came to show us another room said we have so many vacant rooms on the 5th floor, choose any you want!!! We reached to our new room( we were informed its a Seaview room), we asked for extra blanket because it was very cold, then the receptionist said turn on the heater if you feel cold, if after 15 min the heater didn't make you warm then I'll bring blanket!!!! This hotel, it's just terrible, service, staff, location, rooms,zero amenity in washroom,torn blankets and bedsheets just everything is terrible about this hotel. It was our first time traveling to Trabzon, because of our terrible experience with this horrible hotel, we don't want to come back to this city anymore, thanks Holiday inn for this great experience, you can be a great asset to country's tourism support!!

My own experience at Holiday Inn Trabzon was good. The Room and cleanliness were good. Staff were respectful and professional, especially the reception and restaurant staff. I only had breakfast at the hotel, I enjoyed the tasty buffet, Turkish cuisine is great. There's however a language/communication issue, most staff do not speak English except maybe for managers.
